Do regular exercise like yoga, walking etc and maintain a healthy weight. Follow a balanced diet to prevent heart attack and to control diabetes. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Do not skip meals. Use watery vegetables, whole fruits. Take unrefined foods but not much. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. No underground vegetables, pumpkin etc. Use healthy oil in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stay stress free and take proper rest.

Hi! Your body grows when you are in teen yrs. This is the time when you can have lots of food and use it to have a strong body. Start exercises like bench press (for your chest), squats (legs), deadlift (legs and back), and shoulder press (shoulders and upper back). As a growing and active boy you need around 3000 calories everyday. 1. Eat breakfast everyday. 2. Get plenty of carbohydrates from foods such as whole-grain bread, fruits, and milk. '3. Have a snack in between meals if you feel hungry, but have healthy snacks and not junk food. 4. Within 30 minutes after a workout, eat a blend of carbs and protein - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich chicken sandwich, Smoothie made with yogurt and fruit, carbs-and-protein bar. 5. Don't overeat protein - 87 gm protein daily is enough for you. 6. Don't overdo your exercises. 7. Have proper rest and sleep for at least 8 hrs. Have whole grains, fruits, peanut butter, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, chicken, spinach, oats, soybean, carrots.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

Creams and facewash alone will not be much effective if the pigmentation is there since very long. There are skin treatments like chemical peeling.

Dear, These are the causes of hair fall: ��� Stress ��� Due to medicines ��� Due to nutrition ��� Use of chemical products ��� Due to pollution To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: ��� Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. ��� You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. ��� Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. ��� Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. ��� Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. ��� Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. ��� you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. ���In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. He may be suffering from osteo arthritis. This is de-generative process of the tissues which occurs in knee joint. Thil Thailam (seseme oil)+ Castor oil mixed and slightly warmed may be applied locally 30 minutes before warm water bath.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) This is an inherited type of lip skin.it needs constant care and attention.Don't purse or bite ur lips.Avoid smoking,it'll increase flaking of ur lips.Cut down on alcohol.Flavoured coloured lip balms can aggravate ur situation.menthol containing products vil increase the agitation.silver coated sweets shud not be taken.apply lip moisturiser twice daily,u can also use ghee,malai or Vaseline.protect ur lips with sunscreen half an hour before stepping out.severe cases,vil also need medications.

Yes of-course be positive always and be normal in every circumstances.Surrender to god, have faith on him and you will free happy and relaxed. It has experienced by my self if you don't take tensions about anything and shift them to god then he will take care of you and you feel stress free and if you feel like this then you may not feel any physical problem. But it is also require that every person have to die who born in this earth so diseases are the reason for it some time. Except every thing as they happen in your life. May god bless you always.

1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliant gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. You can always check the fertilization chart available freely in internet. 7 days from the first day of period and seven days before the first day of period is considered safe. Other days chances of pregnancy is more. But you can always use precautions like male or female condoms. Take care.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. If you have shortness of breath which is present despite treatment then you need to get a recheck up done and your medicines adjusted accordingly. You might need inhalers and other bronchodilators.

What is SPF Sunscreen?

What is spf sunscreen?

  • Spf, or sun protection factor, is a measure of how well a sunscreen will protect skin from uv rays, the kind of radiation that causes sunburn, damages skin, and can contribute to skin cancer.
  • If your skin would normally burn after 10 minutes in the sun, applying an spf 15 sunscreen would allow you to stay in the sun without burning
  • Spf is actually a measure of protection from amount of uvb exposure and it is not meant to help you determine duration of exposure. 

 
 The spf (sun protection factor) scale is not linear:

  • Spf 15 blocks 93% of uvb rays
  • Spf 30 blocks 97% of uvb rays 
  • Spf 50 blocks 98% of uvb rays

So, one way of looking at this is that spf 30 sunscreen only gives you 4% more protection than spf 15 sunscreen.

Why not use a really high sun protection factor? 

Sunscreens with really high spfs, such as spf 75 or spf 100, do not offer significantly greater protection than spf 30 and mislead people into thinking they have more protection than they actually do.

If only after brushing can beb gingivitis, get a dental check up. If with every spit, then xray chest, cbc esr and sputum afb examination
