daily shedding of upto 100 hairs is normal . Excessive hair fall can be due to physical or mental stress, anaemia or nutritional deficiency or certain medical conditions like thyroid disorders, low serum ferritin etc. Take a nutritious and protein rich diet(pulses, milk products, eggs). use of hair supplements will be of help . Avoid routine application of gels or frequent blow drying of your hair. use a sulfate free shampoo for your hair twice a week. a hair growth lotion or serum can be prescribed to you depending on the cause and severity of your hair fall.

I am suffering from kidney stone and sugarplease recommend an easy diet and tips.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am suffering from kidney stone and sugarplease recommend an easy diet and tips.
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery. One of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the blood stream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnemna sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet.

Hello, aap ek tarah ki anxiety se safar kar rahe hai, jisme kuch unhoni hone ka dar laga rehta hai, per pata nahi hota kya. Fear of death. Remember to take a deep breath and try to find something to do to get your mind off of you anxieties and stresses. A person could take a walk, listen to some music, read the newspaper, watch tv, play on the computer or do an activity that will give them a fresh perspective on things. This will distract you from your current worries. A lot of times, our worrying can make the problem even worse. All the worrying in the world will not change anything. All you can do is to do your best each day, hope for the best, and when something does happen, take it in stride. If you still have trouble managing your anxiety of the future, then talking to a counselor or clergyman can be of great help. There are ways to help manage your fear and all it takes is some effort to find those answers. Aap psychiatrist se consult kare.
