Increase eating healthy food. Eat more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake 300-400 ml. You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement. Eat more raw whole fruits, dense vegetables, unprocessed foods. Take banana 3-4pcs/day. Take dates, yogurt. Use more ghee, butter, cheese, jam, jelly with food. Add cream with tea/coffee. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Take fish, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, mushroom etc. No water before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.

I have red eye problem over particular in one eye and one portion. It occur in regular interval for 3-5 days.

I am a 22 year old female. I have severe backache in my lower back from the past three months. The doctor said it is because of my sitting posture which I have corrected and used various pain relief sprays. But the problem still persists. The pain is moving down my right leg. Is this bad? This is bad. This is due to compression of sciatic nerve and you are developing sciatica. It is due to sitting for longer time or sometimes sitting while bending forward. If the pain is severe you need to take painkillers. But I will suggest you some exercises which releaves the pressure on compressed nerve. As regular intake of painkiller is harmful. Lie down on your back with arms and legs straight (parallel) to the ground/bed. Then slowly raise one leg without folding at knee, other leg will be flat on ground. Hold for 8 to 10 sec, then slowly bring down. Repeat with opposite leg, then with both legs. Each leg 10 times. You will find result in one week.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take (If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 7-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

For acne, take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoons of aloe vera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful to body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne

Dear , tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like nicotine replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. But still you will need will power. Hi Lybrate user Exams always create a different pressure & stress on the mind which affects body. Follow these tips it will surely help you- -Remove at least 15 minutes for yourself & do meditation it will help you to release stress. -Keep eating small meals during exam time mind use more energy thus it is important to supply energy frequently. -Sleep for good 7-8 hours to keep yourself fresh. -Eat healthy balanced diet including carbs, protein,fats & vitamins-minerals -Include 2 fruits servings.
