Hi Sweta
Knowing the cause of the gap is very important. Also knowing how big is the gap plays a very important role in the diagnosis.
Has the gap increased over the period of time?

May be there chances of calculous deposition at the cervical area of teeth. Go to your dentist. If needed get cleaned your teeth (i.e. Scaling and polishing) follow proper brushing technique (watch utube videos for brushing technique) and understand from your dentist.
Most common causes of bad breath is poor oral hygiene which leads to gum disease.

Extra teeth r generally accompanied by crowding of teeth n causes difficulty in brushing teeth n maintaining gud oral hygiene. If your not facing probs associated with multiple extra teeth such as crowding of teeth, reduced tongue space, traumatic occlusion etc. You may retain them provided you maintain good teeth n gums health. Check with your dentist if your facing such probs. If yes, get dem removed fr preventing probs with your other permanent teeth.
P. S. - people tend to confuse retained milk tooth with extra tooth. Check wid your dentist.

Hi sir, you would be suffering from generalized periodontitis which is the inflammatory diseases affecting the tissues that surround and support the teeth. It involves progressive loss of the bone around the teeth, and if left untreated, can lead to the loosening and subsequent loss of teeth. So, get scaling & root planing done first. If you are a diabetic, check your blood glucose levels and keep it under control (since diabetics are more prone for periodontitis). You might need surgical procedures if the condition is very severe. But, initially get scaling & root planing done.
