. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

You take r compound tablet 2 after breakfast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner for s month. Massaje narayan taila on painful area. Do some arobic excersices, yoga, walking after dinner 1 to2 km daily.

How the frozen shoulder should be treated for a person having age 45 years with no history of sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.. Diabetes must be controlled well.

Warm foamentation, stretching exercises will help a lot. It is inflammation of soft tissue. Sometimes ultrasonic therapy is helpful.

प्रत्येक युवक की यह तमन्ना होती है कि उसकी भुजाएँ बलिष्ठ हों और चेहरे से ज्यादा आकर्षण पूरे शरीर में दिखे। इसके लिए वे तरह-तरह के व्यायाम करते हैं और अत्याधुनिक मशीनी सुविधाओं से सज्जित जिम में भी जाते हैं। मगर क्या आप जानते हैं कि मजबूत भुजाएँ और बलिष्ठ शरीर के लिए कैल्शियम का कितना महत्व है?

आइए देखते हैं हमारे भोजन मे यह किस तरह से मिलता है और शरीर को मजबूती प्रदान करता है। इसके महत्व को आमतौर पर सभी माताएँ जानती हैं। बच्चों को दिन में दो-तीन बार जबरन दूध पिलाने वाली आज की माताएँ जानती हैं कि कैल्शियम उसकी बढ़ती हड्डियों के लिए कितना जरूरी है। वहीं पुराने समय की या कम पढ़ी-लिखी ग्रामीण माताएँ भी इतना तो अवश्य जानती थीं कि दूध पीने से बच्चे का डील-डौल व कद बढ़ता है। यह बच्चे को चुस्त व बलिष्ठ भी बनाता है। भले ही उन्हें दूध में पाए जाने वाले अनमोल कैल्शियम का ज्ञान न हो, जो बच्चों की हड्डियों, दाँतों के स्वरूप, उनके आकार व उन्हें स्वस्थ व मजबूत बनाने में अति सहायक सिद्ध हुआ है। इसी कैल्शियम की निरंतर कमी के कारण बच्चों के दाँत, हड्डियाँ व शरीर कमजोर हो जाते हैं।

'आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति' में भी कैल्शियम का बड़ा महत्व है। कैल्शियम को कमजोर व पतली हड्डियों को मजबूत करने, दिल की कमजोरी, गुर्दे की पथरियों को नष्ट करने और महिलाओं के मासिक धर्म से संबंधित रोगों के उपचार में लाभकारी पाया गया है।
इसलिए हमें प्रतिदिन कैल्शियम तत्व निम्न रूप से लेना चाहिए-
• गर्भवती व दूध पिलाने वाली महिलाओं के लिए 1200 मिलीग्राम।
• 6 मास से छोटे बच्चों के लिए 400 मिलीग्राम।
• 6 मास से 1 वर्ष के बच्चों के लिए 600 मिलीग्राम।
• 1 वर्ष से 10 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों के लिए 800 मिलीग्राम।
• 11 वर्ष से ऊपर सभी आयु वर्ग के लिए 1200 मिलीग्राम।

दैनिक भोजन में हमें कुछ पदार्थों से कैल्शियम तत्व मिल सकता है जैसे पनीर, सूखी मछली, राजमा, दही, गरी गोला, सोयाबीन आदि। इसी प्रकार दूध एक गिलास (गाय) से 260 मिलीग्राम, दूध एक गिलास (भैंस) से 410 मिलीग्राम कैल्शियम मिलता है। प्रेशर कुकर में पकाए गए चावल, मोटे आटे की रोटी से हमें काफी कैल्शियम मिल सकता है। कैल्शियम उचित मात्रा में खाने से हमारी बुद्धि प्रखर होती है और तर्क शक्ति भी बढ़ती है। हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों में भी यह तत्व पाया जाता है

For that you need to understand what is wrong with the pain site is there a degenerative changes or a inflammatory response or something wrong with you yoga practice. So first stop you practice for 3 to 4 day and note the intensity of pain if its reduce significantly it might be because of some wrong yogasana your doing. If not do x day or MRI and consult you physician. For now do back stretching, hot pack and rest.

Its due to your bad posture. Start yoga daily, you will get relief surely. Oil massage with hot fomentation can give you relief. But if persist consult with me for ayurvedic treatment.

I am 24 yr my feet pains usually when I feel little tired within 12 hr from awaking but the pain rose up till my knees on the back side of the leg when I am exhausted I didn't rest(sleep) immediately. What to do now?

I got an injury on my right leg knee joint while playing football 7 days back. I got xray of it but there was no fracture. Doc prescribed me medicines nd also asked to rub ice bag on the wounded area nd also to wear knee cap. Bt aftr 7 days. Still there is pain nd m unable to walk properly. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 23 years old. I am getting pain in my knee, I don't what happened, but it is paining when I am going to bed, I am unable to keep straight my legs when I am sleeping.
