I am 22 years old male I have a pain in my legs. Pls give me the solution how will this pain will remove.
Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Do take ust and laser therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 5 days regularly do revert back for further assistance best wishes.

Long sitting is your problem firstly tk break between work after one hour and do walk stretching exercise like spine extension hold 10 seconds then release ok do at least 2 to 5 in a time bridging exercise lying supine position on the bed ya floor bend your knees and lift your back same hold and release process at home.

It may be Chikungnya rather than typhoid. Anyway don't take strong pain killers for pain Only take paracetamol &/or nimesulide.

What can be the possible reasons for tail/hip bone area. What is the suggested treatment ?

It is mostly attributed to wrong sitting posture and body weight, though even a thin person can get it too. Suggested treatment includes change of sitting posture after postural assessment,many times doughnut shaped pillow or tyre tube is helpful in sitting, Icing the area frequently and Physiotherapy is required. Post the sessions the strengthening exercises should be continued so that it does not reoccur.

take rest. take hot fermentation. avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. avoid prolonged sitting and standing. be careful about posture. do spinal strengthening exercises.

Hi lybrate user. A) apply mixture of honey and fresh juice of basil leaves on face, two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals c) take 30 ml juice of basil leaves and lemon along with 10 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

I am 56 years old. I have a problem of getting up when I squat on the floor. The groin area pain or rather it prevents or delays me from getting faster. Why it happens?

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hi lybrate-user, important is to put right diagnosis after clinical examination & if required investigation and treat it. Intital simple pain can become catastrophic in future, as it could be because of muscle spasm to disc herniation to spine joints problem etc. My advise will be to visit some interventional pain specialist or orthopedician to get it thoroughly checked, treated and hence you can resume your sports activity. Kindly do not tried any medication advised by any other specialist from physician, to physiotherapist etc. Get opinion of specialist afterall it's your body and not of someone else.

Probably she must b suffering from osteoarthritis in her knee. So for that physiotherapy is recommended and plus exercises. As you r saying pain in other joints it can b due to lack of vitamin d or rheumatoid arthritis. So to b 100% sure get her blood check-up for both i. E vit-d and rh factor. Thank you.

I'm 49 years. Old and I have pain in left leg starts from hip joint. I consulted 5-6 doctors and they are in opinion of sciatica pain. I got mri test, xray etc. Now it is cleared that my both hip bones (ball) are damaged and it is required operation to replace ball. This pain starts form hip to bottom. Kindly advise please.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.
