For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

Hi. You need to get one audiometry test and that will tell us if you are having age related sn deafness and if it is so then nothing much can be done except for wearing digital hearing aid.

From few days I am able to sleep at night .pls any1 tell what should I do to have a good sleep at night hours.
Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: you should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: the level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can, but having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) regular exercise: exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days frequent/ continuous cough cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ENT problem like DNS/ polyp/ sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition so you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.

Start following * take ginger & turmeric mix with honey before food * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take hot water only * eat less then of your hunger. Take fast. It will help you for less cough production * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * you can massage on chest with till oil mix with rock salt & kapoor & take steam I need more details perfect medication. Like appetite, acidity, gastric trouble, constipation, diet, life style etc.

1 normal size of penis in flaccid stage varies from2.8 inch to3.9 inch with average length of 3.5 inch in length 2. Normal size in erect state varies from 4.7 inch to6.3 inch with average length of 5.1inch. 3. A person is said to have micro penis when erect length is less than 2.8 inch. 4. Penis augmentation by vacum therapy/ injection/surgery is considered when erect length is 2.8inch. 5. Consult sexologist for advice natural way to increase size of penis 1. As soon as I got up my sugar level will be more ie 112, 107, 110 like that after some time it will be less than that like 100 ,102 r 104, is it prediabetes? I am worried or else it's normal? I left taking rice in my daily routine, no tea no coffee. Only millets & oats that's all I am having. I really worried a lot. After food it's shows normal ie 135, 128 r 120.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To control your blood sugar have more of fibrous food vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, beans, sprouts, nuts - have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, have a light dinner with protein food in it & vegetables, take a walk for 10-15 min after dinner, have a well balanced diet with controlled portion from all the food groups as not having a particular group will lead to deficiency disease & metabolic imbalance - control weight with diet & exercise + sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed.

I have got fungus infection on my penis. White deposit under foreskin. Bad odour. And erection problem. I hv applied aloe vera. Coconut oil. But could not get relief only 20 % relief in 1 day. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Do not strain while passing stools.

Hello doctor, My wife had Umbilical Hernia operation through Laparoscopic in 2015. Out of 4 holes 3 holes are closed. But in the main hole pus is coming now. She had antibiotics and put cream in the hole. No pain there. But still puz is coming. Can you please advise me how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello, kindly tell me what kind of stomach disorder you have like pain/gas/ acidity etc. I am giving you general tips for proper digestion: 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do not postpone breakfast.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Shir shuladi vajra ras vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
