I had allergy and now it was somewhat cured but the area where affected turns into black in color how should I remove...
In Allopathy, anti-histaminics or immunosuppressant medicines like steroids are used which only give temporary relief, with the problem returning once the medicine is stopped. On the other hand, during Homeopathy treatment of allergy is cured by strengthening the immune system and the symptoms subside on their own. At the same time, it needs to be understood that this is purely natural allergy treatment. No steroids or anti allergic medicines are used. The immunity is strengthened by Homeopathy instead of being suppressed as happens with allopathic treatment. Apply pure coconut oil daily in the affected area You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects

Tips on food:

Eating food contaminated with bugs leads to more than half a billion cases of illness a year, the World Health Organization warns.

It says this "global threat" contributed to 351,000 deaths in 2010.

Unsafe foods, for example under cooked meat, can cause 200 problems - from diarrhoea to cancer.

But changes in food production mean there are more opportunities for meals to harbour harmful bugs or chemicals, experts say.

A local food problem can quickly turn into an international emergency
Culinary caution

Unsafe foodstuffs can contain many types of harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or chemicals.

Examples include under cooked meat, fruits and vegetables contaminated with faeces and shellfish containing marine toxins.

But the WHO says investigating these outbreaks has become increasingly challenging as single plates of food often have ingredients from many countries.

In its first WHO report on this issue, its director-general Dr Margaret Chan warns: "A local food problem can quickly turn into an international emergency.

"Food production has been industrialized, and its trade and distribution have been globalized.

"These changes introduce multiple opportunities for food to become contaminated with harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites or chemicals."

The analysis, which pulls together scientific literature from across the globe, shows:

Most deaths are caused by pathogens such as salmonella, E. coli and norovirus
The majority of lives lost are in Africa and South East Asia
40% of the deaths are among the under-5s, the most vulnerable group
Raw hazards

Experts say illnesses caused by food also carry major economic risks.

They estimate the E. coli outbreak in Germany in 2011 cost about US$1.3bn (£876m) in losses for farmers and industries.

WHO leaders are calling on governments to urgently strengthen food safety systems.

On April 7, the WHO launches its food safety campaign, From Farm to Plate.

It aims to prompt the public and governments to consider where individual ingredients in meals come from and question whether these are properly and safely handled at every stage.

Shellfish

How to be food-safe:

Wash hands, surfaces and equipment before preparing food
Separate raw and cooked food - use separate utensils for handling raw foods
Safe temperatures - do not keep cooked food at room temperature for more than two hours. Keep food piping hot (above 60 C) before serving
Use safe water to wash raw fruit and vegetables

Plz suggest me a good diet for winter season included all breakfast, lunch & dinner.

M. Sc. Foods, Nutrition & Dietetics, B.Sc-Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Visakhapatnam
Plz suggest me a good diet for winter season included all breakfast, lunch & dinner.
A healthy diet should include a wide variety of nutritious foods for sufficient intake of all nutrients, including vitamins and minerals. Foods to include are breads, pastas, lean meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet can help you maintain a healthy body weight and decrease your risk of many diet-related chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. In general, we should include a range of nutritious foods and eat: plenty of breads and cereals (particularly wholegrain), fruit, vegetables and legumes (such as chickpeas, lentils and red kidney beans) low-salt foods, and use salt sparingly small amounts of foods that contain added sugars reduced-fat milk and other dairy products. It is also important to drink an adequate amount of water. A good balance between exercise and food intake is important, as this helps to maintain muscle strength and a healthy body weight. At least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, such as walking, is recommended every day. Adult diets should be low in fat, especially saturated fat. Saturated fat, which is the main fat in animal products, fried foods, chocolate, cakes and biscuits, is more easily deposited as fat tissue than unsaturated fat. Saturated fat can also be converted into cholesterol and cause blood cholesterol levels to rise. Most important do not skip breakfast. Thanku.

I am 25 old I have hair loss problem my front of face hair getting loss very fast.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am 25 old I have hair loss problem my front of face hair getting loss very fast.
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

Usually I summers the nasal mucosa dries up inside the nose with crusts formation which will lead to irritation, there by children resort to nose picking due which the blood vessels in nasal mucosa shall be damaged leading to bleeding. You can use simple saline nasal drops 4 drops in each nostril 4 to 5 times in the nose, so that nose will not get dried up. Maintaining personal hygiene is also important.

Hi lybrate-user. You must join gym first, after 6 to 7 month you must think for proteins. Unroll just go with natural protein like chicken, eggs, milk, milk products bla bla. When you going to start pumping your body by picking high weight, muscle get teared, this tear of muscle enrich with satellite bodies moving insight of our body in the form of proteins. So basically habitual your self with natural proteins and low weight, make habits of exercise then think for weight lifting and putting body mass. Thanks.

I am 33 years old. Suffering from erectile dysfunction. Is there any exercise or common medication available for that.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
I am 33 years old. Suffering from erectile dysfunction. Is there any exercise or common medication available for that.
Broadly, two forms of erectile dysfunction can affect men's sex lives - the main cause is either medical or psychosocial. Here, psychosocial refers to the psychological effects - including the effects of social relationships - on sexual performance. Medical conditions can also affect psychological wellbeing, meaning that, while the primary cause of sexual impotence is typically either medical or psychological, there is often overlap between the two. Erectile dysfunction used to be known more widely as 'impotence' before the causes became better understood and successful treatments came into use. Impotence is a term that is still in use, however, although it can be seen as pejorative. The following list summarizes many of the most common physical/organic causes of erectile dysfunction: 1.Heart disease and narrowing of blood vessels 2.Diabetes 3.High blood pressure 4.High cholesterolObesity and metabolic syndrome (which are also risk factors for diabetes) 5.Parkinson's disease 6.Multiple sclerosis 7.Hormonal disorders including thyroid conditions 8. testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism) Structural/anatomical disorder of the penis, such as Peyronie disease 9.Smoking, alcoholism and substance abuse, including cocaine use  10. Treatments for prostate disease 11. Surgical complications (surgeries include radical prostatectomy, cystectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate and rectal cancer surgery) 12. Injuries in the pelvic area or spinal cord 13. Radiation therapy to the pelvic region. Homoeopathy offers best treatment for ED without any side effects, medicines should be selected based on symptom similarity and minimum dose only.

Kidney stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive treatment. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Pain relievers. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen or naproxen sodium. Medical therapy. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) dietitian who will aslo prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for private consultation for a detailed treatment plan including dietary therapy.
