This could be due to excess excitation or overthinking etc so please avoid all bad or excess habits please. Secondly erection is not everything in sex you need to have good muscular flexibility in thrusting etc along with stamina so please consult in private chat for details.

Dear Lybrate user. This is a bad habit for many people. It is not easy to quit. I suggest you to use clear nail polish. The pungent smell of nail polish will help you to remind about the bad habit whenever you bring your fingers to your mouth. Take care.

I have many sleep night.
But I sleep after 3 of clk in night and wake at 11 of clock .what is my problem.
You need to sleep early to get up early. 1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep..[Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Botox or Fillers - Which is Suitable For You?

Botox or Fillers - Which is Suitable For You?

Aging is natural and inevitable. But today, sun damage and pollution are speeding up the process of aging. As your skin ages, you might start feeling terrible about your appearance. Luckily, modern technology and science have a solution to that. Nowadays, there are too many anti-aging treatments available, and Botox and fillers are the latest craze. And it could get confusing for some people to correctly distinguish between them. Read on to know more about what both these anti wrinkle treatments are all about and what they do for you.

Botox
What is Botox?
Botox is made from the neurotoxin named botulinum toxin. Botox injections basically freeze the muscles under wrinkles.

What are its advantages?
Some advantages of Botox include
1. The muscles are relaxed, which makes the skin seem tighter and smoother
2. Lines on your forehead, between (furrow lines) and around your eyes (crow’s feet) are best treated with Botox and hence are considered the best skin tightening treatment.

What are its disadvantages?
Botox has certain disadvantages as well, such as
1. Finer lines cannot be fixed with Botox which makes it a non-inclusive treatment
2. There are side effects of using Botox, such as droopy eyelids, facial pain, muscle weakness or eyelid swelling.

FILLERS

What are fillers?
Wrinkle fillers are injected under the skin to give volume and fill out wrinkles, thus smoothening them and making the skin look younger. Fillers usually contain natural acids such as hyaluronic acid, or synthetic acids like silicone. Collagen fillers can also be used.

What are its advantages?
The advantages of fillers include
1. They are non-invasive
2. The procedure doesn’t take too much time
3. Side effects are hardly severe and often lessen on their own
4. Fillers need less time for recovery
5. Fillers are best for fine lines around the nose and lip. Also laugh lines are better treated with fillers.

What are its disadvantages?
Some disadvantages of fillers include
1. More than one course is needed for optimum results
2. Skin weakness is a common side effect which leads to scarring
3. Deep wrinkles and scarring cannot be resolved with fillers

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a cosmetic surgeon.

Dear Sir/ma'am How can I loose my weight of lower part my thighs are too heavy and also I want to loose my whole body weight.

MSc
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Chandigarh
Dear Sir/ma'am
How can I loose my weight of lower part my thighs are too heavy and also I want to loose my whole body...
Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

My eyes remains red. I don't feel any ache or anything in my eyes. So what may be the reasons for that.

Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, DOMS

My eyes remains red. I don't feel any ache or anything in my eyes. So what may be the reasons for that.
Hello\nthere are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc.\n1. Redness + itching: allergy\n2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection\n3. Redness + pain: inflammation\n4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness\nif there is only redness then it is normal as slight exposure to dust, temperature or air or eyes may be red in morning. Stress may also cause redness. I usually do not treat when there is only redness, you can 1. Blink a lot\n2. Wash eyes with fresh water\n3. Cold compresses\n4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel these measures will help to keep your eyes healthy but it will not have any effect on redness (treating general redness alone is not necessary also)\nhaving said that you should consult local ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment.

This is called orthostatic low bp//hypotension. Common in old age//with some medicines and hypovolemia. R you taking medicine for bp or enlarged prostate? meanwhile while getting up from bed -rest on bed few minutes in sitting position this will prevent low bp. Take adequate food--liquids.
