Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *take acid nitricum 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. *apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) *drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can't adjust to a higher calorie intake from the start. So, it is sensible to begin with your present diet and modify it in quantity and quality until the desired calorie level is reached. Your meals should be as attractive and pleasant as possible.

I am suffering from loose motions from about a month now, I already did a 5 day course of norfloxacin tinidazole (norflox tz), consumed lactic acid (bifilac) for more than 5 days. I tried isabgol. And everything anyone recommended. I consulted dietician and physician both nothing helped. Please advise.

I have a mental problem I was a topper in my school days but during my 2nd year in college a traumatic incident happened since then I have been having so many negative thoughts in my mind. Are you suggesting that your parents are an impediment to this career you have chosen? if so there must be reasons for their disapproval: the dangers of this career, or the lack of job and money-making opportunities etc. These could be valid concerns and you will need to prove them otherwise. Obviously you need some support and the best support I can think of is to get it from your mountaineering club or association and have one of the coaches or guides to come meet with your parents and have a talk. Now about this getting hyper, you know that that is not a solution and behaving rationally is the only way through this. No one will take you seriously, if you let your emotions get the better of you. You could also do career guidance counseling and attempt some tests in aptitude determination and take that also as evidence, if it points in this direction. The counselor will be willing to meet with your parents to help bring them around too. In all this you must approach it with a sensible mind and hold your emotions in check. Nothing should be obtained by blackmail: neither by your parents nor by you.

Improving hair quality is not a one step process. It involves time. Firstly, stop using smoothing products on your hair. They vil worsen your hair. Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. Use very mild shampoos suitable for dry hair. Massage scalp to improve circulation and hair health. Eat right. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish, milk and milk products. Dry hair naturally and not with blowdryers. Dry hair with towel. Avoid crimping, perming straightening and curling hair devices. Avoid repeated colouring and bleaching of hair. Protect hair from excess sunlight with caps. Exercise regularly. Practice yoga to destres.

I am 27 years old girl and I am facing so much pain in bottom portion of shoulders (shoulders blade) since four yr. Earlier the pain was very minor but now it became chronic and causing very pain. The pain is like pinning needle and sometimes its like current and in its peak stage goes towards neck also. Pain in the shoulder blades can be caused by bad posture, shoulder overuse, injuries, pinched spinal nerves, lung diseases and disorders of other chest and abdominal organs. The very first thing to do if you develop pain under shoulder blade is to pay attention to how you use your arms and shoulders on a regular basis. Try to stop doing anything that will apply pressure to your shoulders so you can rest it instead. Try to also rest the shoulder regularly, by supporting your back or lying flat. If the pain is from poor posture try to do Shoulder blade retraction exercises to strengthen your upper back muscles. In cases of inflammation from overstretched soft tissues, like muscles, applying ice can help provide relief. Wrap the ice in cloth so it doesn’t directly touch the skin and apply it for fifteen minutes three times a day to reduce pain and inflammation. Applying a heating pad to the shoulder can also help. It will improve blood circulation to relieve pain and speed up recovery. You can only select the right treatment option for pain under shoulder blade after diagnosing the cause. That depends on how regularly spaced your cycles are. The safe window period for not getting pregnant is about from day one to day 8 of the period. Then again the ladies mestrual cycle decides when ovulation occurs.

Good breast health is very necessary for a woman to avoid the risks of getting breast diseases, most particularly breast cancer. But there are some common mistakes most women make without knowing that they contribute to the threats of breast diseases. Read on to know which common habits may be bad for your breast health and what lifestyle alterations you can make to avoid them.

1. Not taking requisite care of your breasts with increasing age

The chances of developing diseases like breast cancer increase with age, especially as you enter the 40s and 50s. Most women don't consider their chronological age with requisite seriousness and this can expose them to higher risks of breast diseases. As you hit 40, you should sincerely make it a habit to get regular clinical exams to maintain proper breast health.

2. Not considering an annual mammogram

An x-ray of the breasts is known as a mammogram which is usually performed to detect premature symptoms of breast cancer. Studies reveal that a large number of women do not consider getting an annual mammogram done even after the age of 40. Experts are of the opinion that this can be threatening to your breast health as a delay of even a few months can result in developed and undetected breast cancer symptoms. So, it is recommended that after entering your 40s get a mammogram done after every year.

3. Not keeping track of your weight

According to researchers, women who have bmi (body mass index) more than 25 are considered obese and have greater chances of developing breast diseases in comparison to women having a balanced weight. The risk rises due to increase in the formation of oestrogen caused by the greater number of fat cells. Increased level of oestrogen is responsible for the growth of 'hormone-receptor-positive' type of breast cancer. You should try to eat healthy and regularly monitor your weight to avoid obesity.

4. Avoiding exercise

Avoiding exercise can have adverse effects on your breast health. Studies prove that women who exercise for about 4 to 7 hours every week have lower chances of developing breast diseases. This is due to the fact that regular workout ensures limited blood levels of the hormone 'insulin growth factor' which significantly influences the growth and behaviour of breast cells. So, start exercising from today to stay fit and maintain proper breast health.

5. Drinking too much alcohol

Regular consumption of alcohol increases risks of breast cancer as it causes damage to the DNA in cells. Moreover, it raises levels of oestrogen and other hormones responsible for triggering 'hormone-receptor-positive' breast cancer. You can avoid this risk by keeping your alcohol consumption to moderate levels and reserved for special occasions.

6. Exposing yourself to too many chemicals in the form of cosmetics

Most women use too many cosmetic products containing certain chemicals that increase their chances of developing breast diseases. These are best tips to lightens and remove the pigmentation -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the pigmentation. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on that area.
