To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. जलजीरा हमारे देश के लोकप्रिय पेय पदार्थों में से एक है. गर्मी के दिनों में जब हम अत्यधिक तापमान के कारण झुलस रहे होते हैं तब जलजीरा ही वह पेय पदार्थ है जो हमें ताजगी और स्वार्थ के साथ-साथ ठंडक भी प्रदान करती है. गर्मी के दिनों में पिए जाने वाला यह एक काफी लोकप्रिय पेय पदार्थ है. इसमें काला नमक अदरक नींबू पुदीना अमचूर पाउडर आदि को मिश्रित किया जाता है. जिससे की एक बेहतरीन स्वाद का निर्माण होता है. खाना की आमतौर पर जलजीरा का इस्तेमाल प्यास बुझाने के लिए किया जाता है. लेकिन जलजीरा में मौजूद मिश्रित तत्व इसे कोई अन्य स्वास्थ्य लाभ देने के अनुकूल बनाते हैं. इसके चटपटे स्वाद के कारण बच्चों से लेकर बड़ों तक की यह पहली पसंद बन जाता है. प्यास बुझाने के साथ साथ ही है पेट के स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी बहुत ही लाभदायक साबित होता है. इसके नियमित सेवन से वजन में कमी आती है पाचन तंत्र भी सुचारु रुप से काम करता है. आइए जलजीरा के फायदे और नुकसान को विस्तार से जानते हैं.
1. त्वचा के लिए
जलजीरा के स्वाद को चटपटी बनाने वाले आमचूर में मौजूद विटामिन सी की प्रचुर मात्रा से त्वचा का रंग निखरता है. इसके साथ ही इससे त्वचा से संबंधित कोई अन्य लाभ भी मिलते हैं और विटामिन सी के सेवन से रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता में वृद्धि होती है.
2. गैस की समस्या से छुटकारा
जलजीरा बेहतरीन स्वाद के लिए तो जाना ही जाता है. लेकिन यह स्वाद के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य का भी भरपूर ध्यान रखता है. यदि आप दिन में दो बार जलजीरा का सेवन करें तो आप आपका पेट साफ रहता है और इससे मतली एवं चक्कर आने की समस्या भी खत्म होती है. इसके अलावा पेट की अन्य समस्याओं जैसे कि उल्टी, ऐंठन और गठिया आदि से भी काफी राहत मिलती है.
3. एनीमिया से बचाए
जब हमारे शरीर में खून की कमी हो जाती है तो इसे एनीमिया के कहते हैं. एनीमिया की बीमारी को आप जलजीरे की सहायता से भी दूर कर सकते हैं. दरअसल जलजीरा में मिलाया जाने वाले जीरा में लौह तत्व की प्रचुरता होती है. जिसके सेवन से आपके शरीर में रक्त की कमी नहीं होती है.
4. गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए
जलजीरा के नियमित सेवन से गर्भावस्था के दौरान महिलाएं, पेट में गैस, एसिडिटी, कब्ज आदि समस्याओं से बच सकती हैं. जाहिर है ये परेशानियां गर्भावस्था के दौरान काफी मुश्किलें पैदा करती है. गर्भवती महिलाओं में होने वाली उल्टी की समस्या के लिए भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
5. वजन कम करने के लिए
मोटापे से परेशान या वजन घटाने वाले लोग भी जलजीरा के इस्तेमाल से लाभान्वित हो सकते हैं. गर्मियों के दिन में पिए जाने वाला शिल्पी के रूप में जलजीरा अपने कम कैलोरी के कारण आपके शरीर को का वजन कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. इसके अलावा यह आपके शरीर को डिटॉक्स उपाय भी करता है.
6. पीरियड्स में
पीरियड्स के दौरान महिलाओं को होने वाले पेट दर्द जैसी समस्याओं से निपटने में भी जलजीरा की सहायता ली जा सकती है. यदि दिन में तीन चार बार चल जीरे का सेवन करें तो यह पेट दर्द में काफी राहत प्रदान करने वाला होता है.
7. डिहाइड्रेशन करे दूर
गर्मियों में डिहाइड्रेशन की समस्या बेहद आम होती है. ऐसे में अपने शरीर को हाइड्रेटेड रखने के लिए आप जलजीरा का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. इसमें पाया जाने वाला काला नमक आपकी आँतों की गैस से लड़ता है. और पाचन क्रिया को दुरुस्त करने का काम करता है. यह सीने में जलन और लू लगने से भी आप को बचाता है.
8. पाचन के लिए अच्छा

When it comes to babies and their sleeping habits, you have to understand that every baby is different and has different needs. Thus, certain things that may work for one set of parents may not necessarily work for the other. Thus, here are a few tips that will ensure that your child gets ample of undisturbed sleep and stays healthy and fit: 

1. Learn to distinguish when your baby starts feeling tired: Once your child starts feeling tired, he/she will definitely show specific signs that he/she requires some sleep. Some common signs  are:
a) The constant eye rubbing 
b) Yawning
c)  Getting a bit fussy and cranky 

Put your baby to sleep as soon as possible when he/she starts showing such signs. If your baby gets overtired, it will be all the more difficult for him to fall asleep. 

2. Set a proper sleep cycle: Ensure that you set a suitable sleep cycle for your baby. Train your child to sleep during the night and play during the day. Ensure that you keep your kid busy during the day, ensuring that he/she stays awake even after a feed, so that he is tired by night time and sleeps properly all throughout the night. At night, when your child gets up for a feed, ensure that you do not turn on the lights. Instead, make sure to keep the room in semi-darkness so he/she goes back to sleep effectively. 

3. Ensure that your baby is full: If your baby is hungry and has not had his fill, it will tend to disrupt his sleep. Thus, ensure that your baby is well fed before you put him to sleep. For example, if during the day you feed the child after every three hours, as evening approaches feed him every two hours. This will ensure that he is well fed before he goes to sleep.

4. Let go the burping occasionally: Babies do not avidly breastfeed at night. Thus, it is not essential that you wait for him to burp every time he feeds.  

5. Give a Massage: Another way to ensure that your baby sleeps properly is to give him a good massage. A massage will help the child to relax and thus sleep better.

It's the 10th to 18th day from the first day of menstruation is usually considered as unsafe period in a regular cycle and there is more chance to get pregnancy. As per the information provided by you, on last day of the menstrual period ovum is not available for fertilization so you don't need to worry about pregnancy. And the reason for irregular period is multifactorial, maybe due to stress, anxiety of pregnancy, anemia and some medication like I pill or unwanted 72 etc. So if you are positive that the unprotected sexual intercourse has taken place in unsafe period, you need to do pregnancy test. Stay relaxed and take food rich in iron. Consult physician if the problem still persists. Contact if need further assistance.

Hi Thanks for your query and welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - To maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - If pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - Physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - Adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - Ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - Analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - Avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. There are certain techniques, which can help you to stay longer. Kegel exercise is one of the very popular and effective techniques to control premature ejaculation. These are the exercises of pubococcygeus muscles (PC) muscles. A man can do these exercises anytime and anywhere and no one will even know about it. To identify the muscles of your pelvic floor stop your flow of urine next time you go to urinal. Contract the muscles tightly holding for 10 seconds i.e. Stop urinating in between. Do this thrice a day repeating 10 times. The PC muscles control the urine and semen and firmness of your organ during erection, so keeping them strong will increase ejaculatory control. Even while masturbating or doing intercourse you can practice stop and start i.e. Rub for few thrust then stop for a minute and start rubbing again. Ige is raised due to allergy reaction. Id indicate your lung infection is allergy mediated likly to be allergic asthma with allergic rhinitis. Need skin prik test for allergy. If positive which correlate to your clinical history then may need immunotherapy. In fungal sensitisation Ige can be raised. Also rule out allergic bronchopulmonary aspergilosis which can also be a cause for raised Ige.
