Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

This is erectile dysfunction from anxiety or other worries. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of Physical and Psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction. Some medicines like antidepressants can also cause this and if you are taking any medication you have to discuss with your treating doctor to change or stop medicine if possible PHYSICAL CAUSES OF ED •Heart disease, high blood pressure, High cholesterol. •Parkinson's disease, obesity, alcoholism, atherosclerosis. •Use of tobacco, surgeries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord. •Treatments for prostate cancer. PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ED: Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions are some of the psychological issues which causes erectile dysfunction. SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION •Trouble in getting erection •Difficulty in keeping erection •Reduced sexual desire To Prevent ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION By decreasing the chances of developing several diseases like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension, chances of developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased to some extent. By eating healthy diet, erectile dysfunction can be managed. By doing Exercise daily and by avoiding smoking, risk for developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased. If you do not have any diseases it is only your mind that is preventing your erection. So you need to be calm and stop worrying about it and keep on doing normally.

If you masturbate frequently because you feel lonely, find ways to be as socially engaged as possible. This means that you should join as many clubs or activities as you can, accept and give more invitations to people, and go out of your way to make more friends. If you want to date someone, consider asking a friend to set you up or join an online dating site. •Another thing you can do is to limit the times when you are likely to be home alone. If you tend to masturbate in the hour or two before your parents get home from work, go for a walk during that time, or do your homework in a coffee shop. •Even if all of your friends are busy, you can still limit your impulse to masturbate by going out in public. For instance, instead of watching the game at home by yourself, watch it at a sports bar. Even if you're not hanging out with friends, you will not be alone, ultimately having no time for masturbation. Stop watching porn on your computer. It can lead to PE/ED in future.

Addiction of tobacco, smoking , drinking or drugs only depends on yours mind. You have to exercise your mind only. Eat green food and fruits more . Take apple in breakfast daily. Do walk in park and do yoga, exercise and meditation are golden remedies . Which trains your mind within a week. If you do it in an appropriate manner. Close your eyes and feel fresh air think that you do not have a need of any kind of addiction. Do it again and again. Try to find out other good things of your interest. Which will be more fruitful for whole life. Remember. Life is not for wasting. Make it useful and fruitful for urself and for others. make life worth living. dont just pass life, live life....

On average for a person of normal weight 54g of protein is required. Soya milk, cottage cheese, milk, egg, tuna, peanut butter, mixed nuts, green peas are rich in protein.

Empty stomach take 1 bowl of papaya or tomato and take luke warm lemon water early in the morning. Avoid taking hard food and heavy dals instead go for light food for 3-4 days. Take water in good amount (6-8) glass. Avoid chapatis for 2 days and can take khichdi + curd. Team Nutrihealth.

Don't be in a hurry. There is no deadline to reduce weight! Eat healthy food (avoid junk / oily - fried food/ bakery products / artificially flavoured / sodas and packaged food ). Eat more of fruits and vegetables. If you feel hungry frequently - then keep some fruits handy so that you eat healthy things instead of junk food. Stop or avoid all stimulants like tobacco /alcohol etc. Eat a balanced diet (in small portions) so that there is no deficiency! Do not skip your staple food like rice / rotis etc. Exercise every day / do yoga / any sports of your choice, or do all if these. Give sufficient time to your body to transform. Revert back of any problem.

Dear , from cad I assume you are referring to coronary artery disease or ischemic heart disease. You must be on asprin or clopidogrel and cholesterol reducing agent. How was the condition diagnosed whether it was through a treadmill stress test or has an angiography performed. I feel every 10 years after a confirmed diagnosis it is advisable to go with a coronary angiography to understand the health of the vasculature. Proper diet, planned exercise as per your cardiologists advise (heavy exercise is sometimes avoided but a brisk walk helps developing collateral circulation) will help you manage the heart disease. Avoid high fatty fried food and alcohol as it normally increases the triglycerides and other bad cholesterol. Best of luck for more advice I need to know your reports well. Best of luck.

Hemoptysis (blood in sputum) can be due to many reason including local like from any mass/polyp/growth in throat, nose that trickles down posteriorly, in the lungs(very imp) and systemic factors like any blood disorder or any sytemic illness.U should get a chest xray done to rule out any pathology in the lungs.Tell ur husband to stop tobacco asap.

I do have black patches under my armpits. In the worst situation the irritation and itching creates rashes. I Also loose skin. I am applying zole- f cream to reduce the infection, however this only suspends it for a while and it comes back within days after I stop using this ointment. Please suggest.

Take sulphur 30, 3 drops , daily morning. Take azadirachta 1x, 2 tabs twice a day. Echinaecea 1x, 2 tabs after lunch. Apply topi sulphur on the affected areas. Rever me after 7 days.
