Hi it is a misconception that warm water with lemon will help you lose weight. Water and lemon are good for health but not'weight cutters' get fit. Be more active. Do 30-60 minutes intensive exercise everyday. You are young and you can do it. Eat more fruits. Cut down on oils and sugar from your diet. Reduce fried food and juices. Drink more water. Bit by bit you can be fit.

You may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache follow advises given below: you can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult if symptom persist.

Hello there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc. 1. Redness + itching: allergy 2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection 3. Redness + pain: inflammation 4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness if there is only redness then it is normal as slight exposure to dust, temperature or air or eyes may be red in morning. Stress may also cause redness. I usually do not treat when there is only redness, you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel these measures will help to keep your eyes healthy but it will not have any effect on redness (treating general redness alone is not necessary also) having said that you should consult local ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment.

Start your day with different nuts like walnuts, fig (aanjeer) raisins etc take protein enriched diet means add protein in normal chapati for eg. Instead of plain chapati take paneer stuff have sprouts take 2 litre of water with honey (1 tsp/glass)

Hello! you can be free from asthma suffering. Lot of people who have allergies tend to suffer continuously or intermittently. Unless you remove allergies from body to enter* you will keep suffering from different kinds of allergies. Lungs: allergies cause asthma. Skin: rashes & itching nose & sinus: cold & sneezing, headache. Stomach: pain abdomen or gastritis. Eyes: watering of eyes & itching of eyes. If you are a strict vegetarian and not taking milk or its product very regularly then it could be just due to vit b deficiency. You can take 15 days course of vit b. Even then if its not cured then you need homoeopathic medicines to get rid of it

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it. Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to Lose Belly Fat Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. A jelly belly can be embarrassing, but more important it can also affect your health. A large belly is a sign of dangerous visceral fat, which can amass between the internal organs and cause hormonal imbalances. Visceral fat leads to insulin resistance, which in turn leads to Type 2 diabetes. It can also cause high cholesterol, contributing to cardiovascular disease. Losing stomach fat requires all-over fat loss, as there is no such thing as spot reduction. The fastest way to get rid of excess fat is with a combination of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Being that you want to lose your belly fast, reduce your daily caloric intake by at least 500 calories. When you eat meals, take a bite of food, place your fork down and fully chew and swallow before reaching for another bite. When choosing foods, do not eat anything that is high in fat, sodium and sugar. Keep your diet clean and high in nutrients by eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats, poultry, fish, whole grains and beans.

There are various kinds of baldness. Reversible in which hair roots are alive and we can see growth once we treat the problem. Irreversible where roots are dead and regrowth is not possible. My nephew, 4 yrs, suffering from measles for the first time since 1 week, and now doctors said measles virus has affected brain, he is not even seeing just sleeping, after admitted in hospital, he was getting fits 1 day and next day it stopped and he is shivering for half minute, fever which stopped again started 102 degree, reports are normal, CT scan is normal, bt in MRI it showed as measles virus affected brain, there is no improvement in him since admitted in hospital except only rashes and fits, what it could be, and how much time will it take for him to recover and will there be any complications in the future.

You need to plan your meals well cause you have to lose a lot of weight. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Have an early dinner. Avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Avoid outside, junk foods. Remember that the body gets used to the routine of diet and/or exercise hence you might plateau and thats when you might need to take professional help. Also exercise at least 4times a week.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.
