start doing alternative fruit fasting for 30 days. In this you have to eat only fruits and drink juices every alternative days, secondly the other alternative days eat a little less than your hunger, start eating triphla chooran in morning empty stomach with warm water, try not to eat anything after sunset, make sure you are drinking 3 to 4 liters water everyday but make sure you dont drink water right after you eat food or during food, give a gap of 90 minutes, start doing surya namaskar in morning, eat lots of almonds (10 a day)

Sir I am 21 years old and I have to prepare a 5km race in 25 min for my upcoming exam but I hardly ran for 1km in approx 6 Min and after that I am unable to ran please help in my preparation of my running.

Hair loss some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily.
