What is asthma related treatment and what to do asthma time of asthma attack. It comes early in the morning.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

I have a asthma problem how to control it? And how to clear the scars in my skin?

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear Mr Vijay....asthma is clinically classified into cardiac asthma and bronchial asthma.... If you are feeling breathlessness every time after heavy work then you may be suffering from Cardiac asthma. In this case you need to take Homeopathic Mother Tincture ASPIDOSPERMA Q, 30 drops in water, thrice daily after meals.... If you have bronchial asthma then you would suffer from asthma only when you will be suffering from cough and cold. For bronchial asthma you may take Homeopathic Mother Tincture BLATTA ORIENTALIS Q, 30 drops in water, thrice daily after meals Also you need to conduct a blood test for TC, DC, ESR. In maximum cases it is seen that the eosinophil level in blood remain elevated than normal level in asthmatic patients. If your Eosinophil reveals to be higher than normal level then take Homeopathic PYROGEN 1M, 5 drops, thrice daily in empty stomach for 15 days. It will surely render your eosinophil level to normal count

Sir, My age 23y suffering from persistent headache and cough with minor fever due to sinus problem from almost 8+ years. I was treated by lots of antibiotics, decongestant, nasal spray but all gone in vain. My CT PNS showed blockage of bilateral infundibulum and maxillary antrum due to large bilateral haller cells And mild polypoidal mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinuses. Which I think allergic and fungal. In addition there is thickening of both inferior nasal turbinates. I lost somewhat food taste and severe allergy to foods. I feel like some solid in my sinuses and severe tightness below nose which make my breathing difficult and painful. I want sinus surgery done for this please help me and also tell the cost. Thank You.

Sir, My age 23y suffering from persistent headache and cough with minor fever due to sinus problem from almost 8+ yea...
Weather change and anatomical variation of the nose leads to change in the aerodynamics of the nose hence leads to watery nose this most of the time is over snsitivity on nose to outer environment, and we consider this as allergy all the time. Sinus is a normal roomy structure around nasal cavity its infection called sinusitis, if a person suffering from nasal obstruction along with sinusits and mild to moderate nasal allergies it means most probably he is suffering from dns (deviated nasal septum. Nasal obstruction is because of the deviated portion of the nasal septum (this is the bony partition of the nose cavity. Allergies are because of the hampered muco-ciliary mechanism (normally mucus is produced in the nose to moisten our nose cavity, oral cavity, and help food bolus to move downward, this mucus is basically moves on the cilia of the nasal mucosa) this mechanism gets hampered and mucus start accumulating in the nose and sinus cavity which is why thick mucus comes from nose in patients of nose obstruction and person develops sinusiits. When a surgeon removes the nasal septum deviation has not been removed properly the symptoms persists, and patient thinks that the nose bone has again regrown. It is not because of regrowth but because of half surgery done or due to the non removal of the deviation (reason can be many) nowadays nasal septal deviation can be removed endoscopically. Everything is explained in this, I hope this will benefit you.

I have bronchitis and I also have habit of washing hands frequently so if you suggest remedies.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Acute bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes in the lungs that may occur secondary to sinusitis, or to a cold or other upper respiratory infection, a fever, a sore throat, nasal discharge or post-nasal drip. The appearance of an episode of bronchitis may be the result of infection, allergies or irritation from chemicals or other inhalants. It may last several days to several weeks. Some occurrences of acute bronchitis may become chronic if left untreated, or if the maintaining causes persist. The symptoms of bronchitis are mainly cough and sputum. The homeopathically significant symptoms relate to variations of these two symptoms, such as the sound, painfulness and timing of the cough, and the viscosity and color of the sputum, giving some indication of the source and severity of the illness As in any homeopathic prescription, other factors also influence the choice of homeopathic medicine, including onset and duration of symptoms, environmental exposures to wind, damp and cold, and emotional factors and stressors

Can tuberculosis of the lymph node (supraclavicular involved) can spread to lungs as well? Also my chest x-ray indicates normal condition of the lungs. But tb of lymph nodes as I've read indicates its infection primarily somewhere else (lungs, pancreas, spleen). Does it mean that pancreas or spleen may be involved?

MD - Radiation Oncology, MBBS, DNB (Radiotherapy)
Oncologist, Howrah
Tb lymph node may occur solely in the lymph node or it may occur with primary focus somewhere else like in lung. If you have supraclavicular lymph node tb, then it is better to exclude any lung focus by a hrct thorax.
