The inhaler prescribed for COPD are Formonide 400 and Tiomist, along with Duolin/levolin as SOS. In case of an emergency can Duolin/levolin be taken on as required basis or there needs to be a gap of at least two hours between two inhalations? If so, why?

Its better to have gap of some hours between inhaler doses as other wise there is more chances of its systemic absorption causing its levels higher in blood that can produce side effects such as tremors and low potassium levels etc.

Hi , pls follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. Let me suggest you the best medicine. Have a nice day.

Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue. For further queries get back to me.
