In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause..Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days....take sarpgandha vati twice a day...yogendra ras...akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension....avoid salty diet...oily food...lower your stress...do pranayama early morning

The BP will fluctuate because of life style changes too. As it was a recently developed condition for you don't try to be on medication and rather try to make some life style changes like lowering salt, spices, masalas, tensions and work out or at least walk for a while daily to avoid recurrence of this BP.

I have specialised medicine prepared for fat loss. It works by converting extra fat to glucose and ensures complete consumption of glucose thereby giving you proper fat loss and natural shape correction. With this medicine, you can lose up to 5 kg per month. If you are interested in this treatment, kindly let me know Detailed mechanism of action This medicine locates extra fat, transports it to liver. This step gives you inches loss or figure correction. In the next step, the fat is converted to glucose, at this step, your apetite is reduced as your requirements of glucose are fulfilled out of extra fat. This way, dieting becomes very easy. In the next step glucose is utilised in cells as this medicine transports glucose and oxygen inside cell wall where with the help of mitochondria, the glucose is converted to Water and carbon dioxide. The water evaporates through sweat or urine and carbon dioxide is expelled through respiration. This is how fat vani shes and we get weight loss and shape correction. Regards Dr.Omkar Shahapurkar

Kindly advice perm, anent remedy.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine

high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

I am 21 years old and have been taking blood pressure medicines since 6 months (I'd high BP 140/100). I am feeling erection problems and it seems its a side effect of this medicine. Please clarify.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Raised blood pressure is not a disease in itself. It is just a sign of some underlying disorder. Homeopathy offers good prognosis for cases of essential hypertension. The treatment is based upon the cause and the totality of the case. A constitutional homoeopathic treatment will cure you permanently. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Doctor, I am suffering from anxiety problem and chest pain, I am 44 years old F, my body is trembling. What to do ?

MD - Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Pune
Sympathetic hyperactivity occurs when you feel anxious and this often leads to the tremblimg, palpitations and head heaviness. Seeking help from a professional if self help tips don't help would be important and useful. Self help in form of sleeping well, eating healthy, exercises and regular interaction with friends and relatives would be useful.
