According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

1] eat frequents meals rather than two heavy meals. 2] take two bananas with milk in breakfast. 3] take fruits, nuts, snacks, eggs, sweets in between two main meal. 4] take more pertinacious food and dairy product. 5] take homeopathic alfa-alfa syrup one spoon before meal two times daily. 6] do regular exercise.

Ur bmi is in normal range. R you working? Have sedentary life style. Your calorie requirement will depend on it. For good balanced diet you require 40 percent calorie from protein, 35-40 percnt carbohydrate, 20 to 25 percnt oil. Daily 1200--1500 calories.

What is best way to eat raw garlic, in addition to, using same as spices in vegetables meat and falls etc.
You may do it easily, if you have microwave. It is the best method. Alternately Simply chop a garlic up into small pill sized shapes, and swallow with a drink of your choice. I usually only do half a garlic at a time.

Dear Dr. Due To confusion and negative thoughts, my weight is reduced, I can't sleep at all, I'm feeling very weak, having a chest pain, breathing difficulties, I can't concentrate on my work. I am 30 year old female, married with 2 kids ( 7 year boy + 3 year girl baby), and weight 60 kgs with height of 5. 4 inches. Few symptoms which I am suffering from more than a year. 1. Frequently left side pain is there especially from neck to toe during that time no headache but. Why this will happen? 2. Too much of tension due to our family personal relations & financial related issues. 3. Which working at home due to tension will be shouting on kids and some time beat them for simple reasons, during that small noise also will irritate me so much. 4. My left leg muscle will pain a lot and some times reddish clots will be visible which pains a lot. 5. And in my legs black marks are there automatically the tone of skin turn like black moles which is not a mole but it turns like marks in black color. 6. And red doted moles are increasing in the body part but no pain nothing which is there for my mother and father too. 7. Too much of weakness, some time feeling giddiness but will not fell down, blur eyes, unable to do any work at home completely depressed and feel like to cry. 8. My bp count was always in between 101/72-110/80 9. Sugar I recently checked after breakfast (2hrs later) the count was 153. 10. During monthy biological periods first 2 days will be too much from 3rd day it slows by 5th it will stop and max to max by 20-25 days in between the cycle happens during this period feels like to sit calm and sleep, heavy stress I feel. Earlier 28-30 days before 1 year. 11. From past 3 month my belly is increased upto 3-5 inches even I am also putting weight becoming very lazy. 12. If any body talks I will be unable to hear properly from both the ears some times. 13 my vision is fine as of now. 14. Due to finacial crisis unable to meet the doctor and do any kind of tests. A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. It's a behaviour problem, can be countered by a strong will power only. No medicines can correct it. Try yoga or meditate when there's an urge to eat anything. Make a diet chart to suit your needs. Stick it on fridge, every time you have an urge to eat, chart will serve as a reminder.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.

check ur suger level and apply ice pack on swelled area. avoid long standing and do gently stretching exercise. 14 glass water per day avoid spicy food do core strength exercise

For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

I am facing pain in my knee from past 4 days. I have been riding bicycle for the last 25 years and I go by walk to most of places like market. I work in cisf central police. I was diagnosed with the problem In l3-l4 disk problem for which I took medication and bit of good feeling. But now I feel pain in my knees. Suggest me the best treatment and I want good medicine. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
