You change your life style which will help you to gain weight.Eat more food more frequently.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake 300 ml/day.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,ghee with foods extra.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Eat more fish,egg,meat,soy milk,soybean,soy product,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil,yogurt.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do exercise like weight lifting and muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.Take proper rest.

Diet related insufficiency: iron rich food should be taken. Particularly those with green leaves (sting netle, parsley, green onion, coriander, spinach, rocket leaf…), dried organic fruit (apricot, figs, grapes), almonds, molasses, honey.Adding black cumin (very high in iron) to deserts made of sugar obtained from sugarcane help (especially in liver patients). Fresh apple juice, pomegranate juice (which has high vitamin c levels and increases iron intake) should be taken. Fruit juices should be consumed on an empty stomach and you shouldn’t eat anything for the next 1-1.5 hours. Fresh carrot and red beetroot can be sliced and taken with lemon juice on it. (ladies can take it more at times of mensturation). Take 100 ml of spinach juice for 2 weeks.

it can can be due to masturbation, stop doing. take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

The knee is one of the principal weight bearing joints in the body and is subject to much wear and tear in an averagely active person. If your work involves a great deal of bending or squatting, the risk of damage to the knee through overuse and/or injury is increased. Is the knee painful most of the time? A damaged cartillage, as a result of a sudden twisting or turing of the knee, may cause such symptoms, This type of injury is particularly likely in athletes or those  whose work involves repeated twisting and staining of the knee. Is your knee hot, swollen and very painful to touch? Gout, in which excess uric acid accumulates in the bloodstream and crystals to form in the joints, is a possible cause of such symptoms. Another possibility is an acute infection of the knee. Has your knee been troubling you for several months or years? Oeteoarthritis, as a result of wear and tear on the knee is a possible cause of such pain, especialy if you are over 50, or if you have regularly overused the joint at work or playing sports. Loss of appetite is commonly due to gastritis which can be due to cigarette smoking, alcohol or taking pain killers frequently. It can be due to intestinal worms or infection like amoebiasis causing loose motion now and then. It can be due to hidden infection like Tuberculosis causing only slight fever. It can be due to psychological reason like stress or depression.

Do muscle building exercise for weight gain.Eat more food more often.Use ghee,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,honey with food extra.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream more.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Take refined foods more with unrefined foods.Eat more protein.Use extra healthy fat.No water just before or during meals.Use weight gainer supplement.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Excessive smoking suppresses appetite.Nobody can help you if you do not want.So determined first that you won't smoke.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Take quality sleep.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Yes your exercise is correct. Apart from this, ensure you have a protein rich diet so that you gain healthy weight. Soya, paneer, milk, yoghurt, sprouts, pulses, eggs, fish are rich sources of proteins. But remember one important thing. Weight gain will not happen overnight. It may take a few months. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
