Diabetes can cause increased dryness especially of arms and legs. Red spots after bath are perhaps due to dryness and inflammation around the hair follicles. Please don't take hot water baths (use luke warm water). Have short baths. Try to apply oil before bath and use a thick non-fragrant moisturiser after bath. Repeat moisturiser application 2 more times in the day. If it does not subside see a dermatologist.

Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. Period days are never fertile. Pregnancy only happens when other aspects are too satisfied. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Take care.

As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy Mix Triphala powder in water. Keep it away for half an hour. Add a table spoon of pure honey. Have this in early morning daily. Raw onion dish eaten daily also can fix the matter. Have sweet soup made up of black gram. Combine black gram, rice, wheat and long pepper in equal quantities. Grind them to form powder. Fry the mixture in pure clarified butter so cook it with milk. Eat when adding sugar to that. Causes: Consistent with Ayurvedic concepts, nightfall is because of Vata irritation. Quickness is the primary nature of Vata. Its affectability is expanded by over considering sex. So for the curing of nightfall Vata ought to be cured and adjusted. Overindulgence in sexual considering, constipation, unhealthy diet, low water intake are likewise a percentage of the fundamental driver of the nightfall. This will help with your concern

Here is my advice for your wife. Kindly make her read. In order to reduce your weight, it is necessary for diet modifications and lifestyle changes. Your diet should be high in fiber, which includes complex carbohydrate foods and low in fat. Include more of raw fruits and vegetables in the diet; avoid saturated fats and oily fried food stuffs. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. If you are a rice eater, then restrict on rice to one meal day a day. Have whole grams, green leafy vegetables at least twice a week. Never skip your breakfast, because it kick starts your metabolism. For the day. To start the day, eat a healthy breakfast with all essential nutrients. Try to avoid oily fried foods like vada, poori etc and also chutney made out of coconut or groundnut, instead choose sambar or onion / tomato / mint / Coriander chutney. You can have idli or dosa or Chapati with chutney made from onion or tomato or coriander without coconut or you can have it with sambar or any vegetable preparation. Take green tea without sugar as a mid-morning snack along with some hi-fiber or any wheat biscuits. Green tea helps in fat preventing fat deposits in the body and also aids in weight loss. For lunch, restrict on rice, take three Roti without oil, with vegetables and dhal along with a glass of Skimmed Buttermilk. Include salads on a regular basis to increase the fiber content in the diet and avoid sweets, pappad, pickles which are high in calories. During evening, have a very light snack like boiled corn or any fruit or a katori of sprouts or two slices of wheat bread sandwich or boiled Rajma or Channa with salt. Have an early dinner before 8 pm, avoid rice and any preparations made from rice during this time, have either roti made with wheat flour or jowar flour without oil, or any preparation made out of ragi or Broken wheat along with vegetables and dhal, include salads also. Bedtime - a fruit or a glass of skimmed milk or buttermilk can be taken. Fruits like Banana, Seethaphal, Sapota, Avocado, Watermelon, Mango and all Root vegetables (except radish, turnip, carrot) are to be avoided in the diet. There should be a gap of 1.5 hrs- 2 hrs time intervals before you go to bed, after dinner. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. Along with diet modifications, a minimum 45 minutes brisk walk for 6 days in a week is recommended. Include 'Warm-up' and 'cool-down ‘periods, before and after the exercise regimen. Forty-five minutes per day of moderate intensity physical activity provide many health benefits. Hope I answered your query. Regards.

If you haven't tried exercise and strict diet control as yet then be assured that both these measures can control your diabetes. Sadly, though these approaches are the best way to control diabetes but are also the toughest to practise. Its a myth that diabetes medicines once started cant be stopped. Infact its the patient ongoing test reports and conditions which define the need for medicines.

During the age 25 how much penis length is normal or it depends on heredity?
Average ejaculation time after penetration is 9 mins.In homoeopathy ,there are many fruitful remedies to keep penis long and strong. The average size of penis is 5.54 inches (14.07 cm) length and 3.11 inches (7.9 cm) girth are enough to perform a successful sexual intercourse. When the length of the erect penis is below 4.5 or 4 inches then we call it micro penis. Some reasons are responsible for this problem such hormone, masturbation habit from childhood, infection in the prostate gland etc are very common reasons. Homeopathic remedies are very helpful to increase the size or length of the penis and make it strong. You can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoeopathic treatment or you can buy package of penis enlargement offered by me which includes medicine and consultation..

4 Ways To Treat Genital Sores

4 Ways To Treat Genital Sores

Genital sores usually spread through infection that has occurred during sexual contact. These are red and itchy and cause immense pain. There may also be bleeding if rubbed or scratched. This is usually a form of sexually transmitted infection which can be caused due to dermatitis or other allergies. Genital herpes and syphilis as well as bacterial diseases like chancroid can also cause the occurrence of this condition.

Here are a few ways in which this may be treated:

- Medication: The general physician or gynaecologist can prescribe a number of drugs that can help in treating this ailment. To begin with, you may have to ingest oral antibiotics or antiviral medication that can ensure that the bacteria do not get a chance to fester, grow and spread. Corticosteroids can also be prescribed for particularly severe cases. Pain relievers can help in soothing the area and the blisters in the genitals, while anti itching drugs like hydrocortisone can ensure that you do not scratch the area which can also lead to bleeding.

- Surgical Removal: A particularly troublesome bout or sores can be removed with the help of non-invasive and surgical procedures depending on the severity of the situation. You may be required to go under medical observation for a few hours or days after the procedure to ensure that there are no complications or further cases of infection.

- Intermittent Treatment: After the initial treatment where you will most likely go through a week long course of antiviral medication, or three weeks of antibiotic therapy, you may have to go through antiviral therapy every now and then. This is especially recommended if yours is a recurring case. Doctors usually recommend the ingestion of pills for two or three days as soon as you start to experience the painful symptoms and eruptions.

- Suppressive Treatment: Very frequent outbreaks can make the doctors prescribe an antiviral pill a day, which will basically act towards suppressing an attack. This kind of treatment is especially helpful if you have had more than six outbreaks in a span of twelve months. This can bring down the risk of outbreaks by about 80%, as per medical studies. This can also reduce the risk of passing on the infection to a partner. If you are taking this kind of treatment, you should see your doctor at least once or twice a year too.

Taking home remedies like a warm compress or sitting in a warm tub of water with a few drops of antibacterial can also help. But you must see a doctor before treating these sores at home. You can also prevent the same by practicing safe sex. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

I am suffering from scabies with intense itching and red spots have also developed over my skin. What should I do?
Dear lybrate-user first of all, it is important that you have seen a doctor and then had your diagnosis because scabies can be mimicked by certain other skin conditions also. Your g. P or dermatologist will prescribe the suitable anti scabies lotion like to be applied as directed. It is important that all your close contacts also apply the medication and follow strict hygiene with regards to laundry and linen. You might have to reapply the lotion after a week. An anti allergic can give you relief from itching.
