Hi, This is due to stomach infection or throat infection.Due to which you are experiencing mouth ulcers . Take borax 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days Tab Biochemic 25 (SBL) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour before meals. Eat soft diet .avoid spicy and fried food

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. 6 Food Combinations That Can Be Harmful
Hogging on what comes to your platter affects your body like nothing else. All foods have different characteristics and what a lot of people don?t know is that some foods cannot be paired with each other. Foods are either acidic or basic. And if both the types are combined, it will make a sludge in your system which will rot inside for hours or days. The harm it causes is invisible, but irreversible.

Here are some hazardous combinations you must avoid.

1) Proteins and carbohydrates or starch - Proteins esp. Red meats should never be eaten with starch or carbohydrates, while it is okay to have white meat with carbohydrates. Mixing proteins and starch in a single meal slows the digestion process.

2) Fruits with other foods - Most fruits do not mix well with vegetables, carbohydrates, other fruits or fats and therefore must be eaten either on an empty stomach or separately from other foods. Sub-acid fruits like apple, apricot, kiwi, grapes, lichee, mango, papaya, peach, pear, plum etc. Have an approximate digestion time of 30-40 minutes. Acid fruits like blackberry, sour grapes, cranberries, cherries, lime, orange, pineapple etc. Have an approx digestion time of 20-30 minutes.

3) Milk and other foods - Milk does not go well with any of the other food types. If it is combined with anything, it slows the process of digestion.

4) Aerated drinks and other foods - Carbonated drinks or their diet counterparts, both are equally harmful, esp. When consumed with your regular meal. Plus, the added baggage of sugar that goes in this can be harmful for our system in the long run.

5) Desserts right after meals - Sweets are tempting right after a meal but it is advisable to space them out and wait for an hour or two before you enjoy the dessert. This is because sweets don't gel well with other food groups.

6) Alcohol and Dinner ? Alcohol slows the digestion process of food esp. Indian food which is usually greasy. If you cannot avoid it, stick to a glass of wine maybe, preferably red wine. And to take care, you can drink a cup of green tea before and after drinking the wine. The green tea will cleanse your system of the toxins.

Even though it is harmless but an addictive behavior may simply occupy your mind and disturb and distract the attention form focusing on your work. There is no need to take any medication when there is no disease. The size of the penis cannot be increased as it is naturally distinct for each person and so it should not be compared. Try to be fit and healthy because that will protect you from diseases.

Mr. Lybrate-user, it may be possible that due to diabetes he may be having fungal infection and that could be the cause of itching. Does he have any skin lesions like red papules (small pin head size swellings red in colour). If so then he may need anti fungal treatment plus anti itching drugs. Plus he should have good blood sugar control.

your daughter is grossely undernourished (ideal weight at 4 yrs is 16 kg). She does not reqiure any appetite stimulants but sufficient diet given at frequent intervals in gradually increasing quantities.Appetite is a natural reflex in body stimulated by body requrements,but it is diminished in sickness & chronic malnutrition. She will improve if you feed her regular intervals in gradually increasing amounts.It may take around 6 months to catch up.Make sure she is not having any chronic illness.

Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea,coffee,junk food,spicy food,fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.... drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Hello- semen (shukra) plays an important role in regeneration, whether its a body (pregnancy) or a new hair follicle. It is the only reason which can enhance immunity in the body. Due to excess masturbation your hair follicle might have become weak. Try this ayurvedic regimen and treatment to prevent hair fall. A) avoid late night workout and go to bed before 10 pm, as root follicles become dry if you wake up late night. B) avoid fast food and spicy diet. Take green tea. Avoid coffee and tea. Avoid carbonated juices. Take lemon juice with honey. Use curry leaves, cabbage, fennel, carrot, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cinnamon in your daily life. Take fruits like grapes, peaches, figs, berries, oranges, watermelon. Also, ginger, black pepper, mustard seeds helps to control obesity. Drink water at least 2 to 3 liters per day. Do walking or jogging at least for an hour. Do walking for at least 30 minutes.

High pain in side of the brain can be headache if unilateral in nature it can be migraine Also! Feeling heart rate and increased heart rate is called tachycardia, medically theyvare termed as palpitation .most common cause in india is anaemia So get your cbc done Advice 24 hour holter to rule out any arrthmias.
