For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I am suffering from severe dandruff problem. It gives me lots of itching if I do not have a head bath daily. I suffer from hair fall too. Earlier I have tried a shampoo called scalp+ recommended by one doctor. I worked well but again after stopping it my prob has started. Please do help me.

I am a jaundice patient and from last 4 days I got loose motion with abdominal pain. However I eat only liquid diet. Please let me know why this happening, and what should I do?

Hi, a patient suffering from jaundice will have liver enlargement and thu have abdominal pain and loose motions. Take complete bed rest. Avoid spicy and oily food for about 1 month. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 ds 1-0-1 and kumari asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you when ever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spot: * crush 15-20 leaves of neem make its paste, apply this paste on white spot for 15 minutes. Rinse with water. Apply this paste twice in a week. * apply coconut oil on spot once in a day. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day.

There are certain medications that can help in control of alcohol if the person is motivated to stop alcohol. In case the person is addicted or dependent on alcohol and is having withdrawals then he needs to be detoxified with use of medications and by abstaining from alcohol. Hi, As we all know that noone can change the colour of the skin we are born with, which is inherited from our parents! But we can take care of our skin to maintain a better complexion.
