Your problem has become chronic. The treatment for chronic ailments is some what different in homoeopathy. You need to be given deep acting medicines. Take natrum mur 30 once daily and give feedback after 6 days.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. If your cycles are regular, 1 week after 1st day & 1 week before next periods are safe periods to avoid pregnancy.

Hello. Eyes have many small blood vessels. It is normal and is required for nutrition of eye. Eye redness is most often due to swollen or dilated blood vessels. This makes the surface of the eye look red. There are many causes of a red eye or eyes like infection, allergy. Foreign body in eyes. Some are medical emergencies and some are a cause for concern, but not an emergency. Others are nothing to worry about. Consult your local eye specilist to see what is the cause.

take shatavari powder and vidarikanda powder in equal quantity. take 1 spoon twice a day, with warm milk, after meals. continue the regime for 2 months. Repeat if required. good luck.

I have been suffering from severe dandruff which is going worse day by day. Though I don't apply hair oil my turns oily from the day it is washed though I wash my hair regularly and pick out the dandruff regularly it still forms in few days I lost my hair follicles at the front sides I have consulted many doctors used many medicines too but the problem didn't get solved. Osteoarthritis - Top Signs You Are Suffering from It!

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis and can affect any joint of the body. Typically, the joints of the hands, knees, hips and spine are worst affected. This degenerative condition occurs when the cartilage cushioning the bones of a joint wear out. This causes the bones to grind against each other when moving the joint. The effects of Osteoarthritis cannot be reversed, but with medication and lifestyle changes, it can be managed and the progression of the disease can be slowed down. In cases where the joint pain causes immobility, joint replacement surgery may also be considered. One of the key factors that affects how well this pain is managed is the early diagnosis of the disorder. Here are a few symptoms that you should look out for.

  1. Pain: Unexplained pain that is not triggered by any kind of injury can be a sign of osteoarthritis. This pain usually worsens with movement. You may also feel a grating sensation when an affected joint is moved.
  2. Joint stiffness: Movement after a long period of inactivity or on waking up in the morning can be stiff and you may not be able to move a joint through the full range of possible motions. The joints may also feel tender when pressure is applied on them.
  3. Bone spurs: Bone spurs are extra bone growths which feel like hard lumps. This is generally formed around the affected joints.

Some people are at a higher risk of suffering from this disorder than others. The risk factors that determine this include:

  1. Age: This disease usually affects elderly people and hence advancement in age increases the risk of this disease.
  2. Sex: Women are at a higher risk of suffering from osteoarthritis than men.
  3. Obesity: Weight gain not only affects the way you look but also puts extra pressure on your joints, especially the hips and knees. In addition, proteins produced by fatty tissues can also cause inflammation around the joint.
  4. Joint injuries and bone deformities: Though an injury may have occurred and healed many years ago, it can increase a person’s risk of osteoarthritis in their later years. People born wiCalcium - 10 Excellent non-dairy foodsth defective cartilage or malformed bones are also at a higher risk of suffering from this condition.
  5. Occupation: Jobs or tasks that put stress on a particular joint can increase the risk of damage to the cartilage in that joint. Performing these tasks repeatedly can eventually lead to osteoarthritis.

If vegetarian then only1cup milk with 1tbspGRD powder daily and following homoeopathic medicine Alfa malt (medisynth) 1 tbsp to be taken twice a day. For 1 month. Let me know.
