It may be due to shyness but it will go slowly provided you keep good mood and do some breath control exercises. Sex arousal is natural and should be treated as natural and not as examination. Be romantic. Be loving. Don't be in a hurry to push your penis so hurriedly. Anxiety is no 1 killer of sex. So no anxiety. Only pleasire. Smell her. Lick her. Take clothes slowly. Suck her breasts. These things will increase your sex desire and then then your penis would rise. Her inner wall of vagina would also ooze. This will make her comfortable. Now you go on.

Do I need to use spectables to sit for long hours in front of laptop?

FICO, Specialist in Cataract,Cornea and refractive surgeries , MD - Ophthalmology
Ophthalmologist,
There is no such thing as computer glasses as such. Some people who have a minimal refractive error will often get away without wearing glasses, but when working on a computer screen or doing a lot of concentrated work, the small prescription can begin to cause symptoms and under these circumstances correcting the prescription with glasses can be helpful. An anti-reflection coating (Ultraclear) is often advised to reduce the annoying reflections of light from the lens surfaces. If your eyes are fine and normal then there is no proven glasses that can be prescribed to help. However, some people find that wearing glasses with a tint that absorbs the blue spectrum of light makes vision more comfortable. They are usually tinted a yellow colour. A common problem when working on a screen for long periods is 'dry eye'. This is because concentrated work tends to reduce the blink reflex that replenishes the tears, and the dry atmosphere and lack of fresh air adds to the problem of insufficent tears. Allowing the cornea to become dry can cause irritation and blurred and variable vision. Use some lubricating eye drops like refresh tears use them at least 4 times a day at least. You do need to look at every aspect of your work environment also. Use proper lighting , dont work in dim conditions Should use table and chair . Your table should be of proper height so that you dont have to bend too much. Take rest after 30 mins for few mins ,put the tear drops and work again. Do blink intermittently.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - An Overview

M.Ch - Orthopaedics - , MS - Orthopaedics, MBBS

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - An Overview

The human hand has multiple bones, tendons, ligaments and muscles which in unison help us to grip things and manipulate other objects to do our work. Within the wrist lies a narrow passageway on the palm side which houses the main nerve for movement of the nine tendons. These tendons help us to move our fingers individually and grip things or accomplish any task we want with our hands.

What is carpal tunnel syndrome?
Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition where this nerve gets pinched due to a variety of factors and may have adverse effects. Some of the symptoms include tingling, numbness and pain with movements of the arm.

Causes of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:
The nerve within the wrist which is known as the median nerve can be pinched due to a variety of factors:

  1. Movements where the wrists are always higher and in an angle: Repetitive movements of the wrists where the hands are always at a lower angle, can increase the chances of carpal tunnel syndrome. This is usually a workplace related problem and thus be caused by bad hand posture.
  2. Medical Conditions: There are certain medical conditions that may also trigger the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome such as diabetes, thyroid, menopause and other problems.
  3. Pregnancy: Pregnancy has also known to cause carpal tunnel disorder as it can alter the balance of fluids within your body. However, other factors could also put your fluids in imbalance and cause problems with the median nerve.
  4. Conditions that may cause inflammation: Certain conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis can cause the inflammation within the joints which might lead to the median nerve being pinched which in turn might lead to carpal tunnel syndrome.

Some Preventive Measures from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:

  1. Breaks from repetitive work: It is important for your wrists to have a break when you are doing repetitive tasks that might cause carpal tunnel syndrome. Relax and stretch your muscles within the break time
  2. Wear wrist splints: These are support devices which can help correct problems for repetitive actions throughout the day while you are sleeping.
  3. Take pain reliever if you start having chronic pains: If your wrist pain is not letting you functions normally, take a pain reliever such as ibuprofen or aspirin and go to a doctor as soon as possible for a more thorough treatment.

I have started doing smoke and my interest in sex is going down what should I do to build my stamina and interest back in sex.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), MD - Ayurveda
Sexologist, Haldwani
I have started doing smoke and my interest in sex is going down what should I do to build my stamina and interest bac...
Hello- Smoking can have a big, bad effect on your sexual performance. Your risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) is about twice that of guys who don't smoke. And the more you smoke, the greater the risk. Not only does smoking cause ED, it can also cause infertility. Men who smoke have low sperm counts. Smoking makes it harder to get and maintain an erection because it releases adrenaline and other stimulating compounds that clamp down on the flow of blood to the penis. Less blood means weaker erections and erections more likely to fail. If you want to increase your sexual stamina you must minimize your smoking and maximize your dietary consumption including aphrodisiacs, fresh fruits and vegetables.

There is no special diet for a person with diabetes, but certain restrictions should be followed. Like avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, white bread, other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk products. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits about 100 g a day. Food should include complex carbohydrates, so that sugar rise is slow. Total caloric intake has to be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood sugar levles. On treatment you should strive to maintain fastinf around 100 mg, pp150 to 160 mg and hba1c% 6.8. That will keep you healthy and fit plus serious complications of diabetes will be kept away. Thanks.

JOINT DISORDERS

Physiotherapist, Kota
JOINT DISORDERS
Joint Disorders
A ‪#‎joint‬ is where two or more bones come together, like the ‪#‎knee‬, ‪#‎hip‬, ‪#‎elbow‬, or ‪#‎shoulder‬. Joints can be damaged by many types of injuries or ‪#‎diseases‬, including
1. ‪#‎Arthritis‬ - inflammation of a joint. It causes pain, stiffness, and swelling. Over time, the joint can become severely damaged.
2. ‪#‎Bursitis‬ - inflammation of a fluid-filled sac that cushions the joint.
3. ‪#‎Dislocations‬ - injuries that force the ends of the ‪#‎bones‬ out of position
Treatment of ‪#‎JointProblems‬ depends on the cause. If you have a ‪#‎SportsInjury‬, treatment often begins with the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) method to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed healing. Other possible treatments include pain relievers, keeping the injured area from moving, rehabilitation, and sometimes surgery. For arthritis, injuries, or other diseases, you may need joint replacement surgery to remove the damaged joint and put in a new one.
