Hi sir, I have been masturbating for the last 7 years. Will there be any problem in my marriage life.

Hi sir, I have been masturbating for the last 7 years. Will there be any problem in my marriage life.
No, there will be no problem. Reduce your masturbation to two times a week, more than this harmful. Do masturbation when there is need for it, don't make it your addiction.

Treating Menopause - Easy Steps To A Better Life!

Treating Menopause - Easy Steps To A Better Life!

While menstruation is definite proof that a woman can bear children, menopause is, as the name suggests, a pause in the fact. Meaning that the woman experiences a permanent stop in her periodic cycle and will further be unable to bear children. It is a difficult time for women, apart from dealing with the fact that they will not be able to reproduce further, there also arises a variety of complications. The realisation can hit hard and women often experience depressive episodes and numerous hormonal imbalances. Keeping that in mind, menopause is also different for different individuals and there is no one magic cure for it.

Every individual experiences a series of changes and requires different treatments because there are 3 different types of menopause and all of those require separate attention. That being said, there are a few common symptoms that show up and here are a few ways that you can deal with them:

  1. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): This a slightly dicey method for the complications it may or may not carry in its wake but it is quite effective for a lot of people. Basically what this procedure entails is that your body will be supplied with hormones (oestrogen) the production of which has depleted, from the outside in the form of tablets or a gel so as to counter the hormonal imbalances. There are two kinds of HRTs; one is for women who have retained their wombs, it is called “Combined HRT”. The individual is supplied with two kinds of hormones, oestrogen, and progesterone. And the other kind is the “Oestrogen only HRT” which is for women who have had a hysterectomy. This treatment should be strictly observed by your gynaecologist and any discomfort felt should be reported back immediately.
  2. Dealing with hot flushes: This is something all women suffer from as soon as menopause hits or from even before as they are reaching towards it. It is also accompanied by night sweats. To deal with both, it is advised that you wear cotton or similarly light clothes, take cool showers, rest and relax as much as possible, include an exercise regime in your daily life or even yoga, hydrate yourself, and avoid drinking, coffee, and very spicy food items. They may act as triggers.
  3. Treating vaginal discomfort: If you experience vaginal discomfort such as dryness or excessive itching, contact your doctor immediately as you may have to start HRT or lubricants-containing oestrogen. Apart from that, to fend off dryness you could also use vaginal lubricants to soothe the painful sensations.
  4. Treating osteoporosis: Due to the lowered levels of oestrogen in the body, women who have reached menopause are more prone to suffering from weak and brittle bones, also known as osteoporosis. Taking vitamin supplements as well as including different kinds of fruits and vegetables and yogurt in your diet is absolutely essential to combat this along with exercise.

I have a penis size of 4 inch. I am about to marry. I want to is the size of my penis may affect my sex life. What is a healthy penis size. How can I help my self if I want to increase my penis size.

I have a penis size of 4 inch. I am about to marry. I want to is the size of my penis may affect my sex life. What is...
Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

Hello, Taking vitamin B12 shots are preferable, incase, if you are pure vegetarian, as it's absorbility is better. Dairy products apart from nonveg sources are considerably good sources of vitamin B12.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally.
