Stop riding bike. Use hot packs avoid sitting continuously. Do back muscles strengthening exercises.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

DO hot fomentation. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Well, normally young people like you should not have back pain. May be you have injured your back kindly apply ice for 20 mins every hourly and take some rest till it recovers. Avoid painkillers as they have side effects. If not getting alright after few days then maybe contact some orthopedic surgeon.

You should get yourself checked properly by an orthopedic and then start the treatment as you have multiple joint pains.

Hi you could have low back impingement of nerve due to bad posture or impingement of nerve in foot or plantarfasciitis. It can be treated just consult a nearby physioth.

You heel pain may be due to spur in your heel bone. Please use cushioned heel support or sole inside your shoe while walking. But to avoid severing of spur you need physiotherapy treatment for few days. Let not your pain stop your healthy life. May pain vanish soon.

After six months I am still in constant pain which originally. Was due to hip bursitis. The x Ray shows a degeneration of the hip bone and pain tablets co codomol 8/500 four message per day with naproxen twice per day is not really relieving. The pain much. And now doctor says a total hip.

Hello, first find the cause for your back ache. Is it some injury or long sitting hours. Correct your posture. Sit straight take frequent breaks walk a little stretch your back. Start doing core strengthening exercises for your spine stability. This you can learn from a physiotherapist. Also do hot water fomentation on your back two to three times a day.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

There is no gap in knee joint.My left leg becomes bent when walking.I cant walk properly.

This means that you have bone in bone arthritis with deformity. Consider knee replacement. At the time of surgery the bent leg can be straightened, and a new one joint can give long lasting relief from pain.

According to ayurveda there are three doshas- vata, pitta, kapha. When these are in a balanced state we are healthy. Any imbalance in these three doshas leads to diseases in the body.

Vata resides in the colon and colon is therefore primarily responsible for all the vata disorders.

Vata imbalance in the skeletal system (asthi dhatu) causes osteoarthritis.
Vata imbalance with toxins (ama) causes rheumatoid arthritis.
Vata imbalance in blood (rakta dhatu) entering into bony tissue causes gout.

Massage with sesame oil to reduce the vata.

Digestion must be improved so that no further ama is produced. Fasting is very beneficial for digesting the ama. Duration of fasting depends upon the strength of the person, place and season.

Diet-
Consume the foods which are easily digestible and do not make wind or gas.
Vegetable juices and juice of carrot, beetroot and cucumber mixed together is also beneficial.
Green salad, fruits like apples, oranges, grapes and papaya can be taken.
Use of cumin, coriander, ginger, asfoetida, garlic, fennel and turmeric is also helpful.

Dont's-
Avoid eating hot, spicy and fried foods, sweets, wind forming foods like cabbage, cauliflower, spinach and potatoes should be prohibited.
Avoid taking too much tea, coffee, alcohol, white sugar, yogurt, chocolate and cocoa, excessive smoking.
Sleeping during day time, staying up late in the night and mental tensions like worry, anxiety, fear, stress and grief etc, should be given up.
