Lybrate-user ji first of all you should chek your bloid sugar to know if you have diabetes. If you have diabetes than you should take treatment for that. And if that is normal you should chek your vit b12 level if that is less than also can have such burning. If it is so you should take treatment to correct it. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

You neck pain causes could likely be: 1> Poor Posture - during sleep /during work 2> Muscle strain. Treatment: * Give your muscles a break - When you lie down, Make sure your head in a neutral position and that you’ve got a comfortable pillow. More rest is often the best remedy even if you just rolled out of bed. * Avoid activities such as lifting and sports that make pain worse. * Do stretching and strengthening exercises to keep your neck flexible and strong and prevent stiffness. * Avoid or change any activities that may be causing your neck pain, such as sitting for a long time at the computer or doing too much overhead work at a time. * Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. NOTE: In case you smoke then - Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair.

Only medication would not solve your problem or may be of temporary relief. Also because you are too young to have tooth mobility you must visit your dentist at the earliest. Probably cutting would not be required. Till you see a dentist start with warm saline rinses thrice in a day which may stop the problem from aggravating.

It's possible in some cases to get complete black hair again. U should avoid spicy and hot food. Be relaxed and cheerful by meditation and Pranayam. Use coconut oil+ Cow ghee mixture to apply on hair and scalp massage daily. U can get fast and sure relief by Panch karma therapy as per advise of Ayurved physician.

Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

Hi lybrate-user, you have raised a wise question and it is totally understandable. Now first thing is motivation work backwards in depression- the more you do, the more you like doing. When you kick that inertia and get out of your shell in a way which breaks you free from the negative thoughts and pattern you have been caught in, it gets rewarding and pleasurable. You can start with building your network with friends you have lost touch with over phone plan a meeting, go out hang out with them. Then slowly when you regain little confidence and control over social life you can generalize it by making new friends. You do not have to tell anyone you are patient foremost thing is you are a person and you are capable of anything. What you think becomes the reality. So do not get bothered much there are ample ways to socialize. Join gym, some art classes, any sports etc. There you will find outlet for your feelings and emotions. Just do not think much and go with flow. All the very best.

Hair is made up of minerals, proteins and iron. Hair fall can happen due to many reasons. It can be postpartum (after 3 months of delivery). Any acute illness like viral infections, malaria, typhoid can also cause it. It can happen in long term disorders like diabetes, high bp, arthritis. Medicines taken for all these disorders can also trigger the hair fall. As I said it is made up of protein so eat sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green leafy vegetables give iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. * you are advised to take 20 leaves of neem, grind them and make their paste with small amount of water. Apply that paste for 30 minutes on forehead after removing it apply coconut oil on it. Apply it once in a week.

According your height weight should be 55 to 60 kgs so this is not a big deal for gaining weight. First of all increase your charbohydrats and protein in your diet. Add a good amount of breakfast like. 1.2 slice of bread with panner stuff and 1 whole egg. 2.2 moong dal chilla with 1 whole egg. 3.2 mix vegetables paretha with 1 bowl curd. 4.1 medium plate of dailya 5.1 medium plate of vermicelli.

Dear lybrater all seems fine. But just include salad and fruits. May be replacing part of lunch. Or in addition at night. The key is to have various veg salad. Do not add salt. Sugar or oil. You can add lime to taste. Some 200g every day.
