Acne - Health Tips
Acne. A common problem with simple solutions
Keep your face clean. Use a mild face wash at least twice a day. Drink lots of water.
People with oily skin avoid oily food, butter, cheese and other dairy products.
Don't rub your face whenever you sweat, dab it.
When acne are present, do not touch them, press them or pick on them, this doesn't help at all. On the contrary, it leaves marks which are difficult to clear.
Avoid rubbing and scrubbing your skin.
These simple tips make the further treatment easy and more effective.

Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1.Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2.Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3.Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4.Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping ,don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

I am loosing hair and I have tried lot of shampoo but it nothing happen please tell.

BHMS

I am loosing hair and I have tried lot of shampoo but it nothing happen please tell.
Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.

I have a friend And his age is 20 and his lots of hair are becoming white so what you suggest for this Please. Reply ...
White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like thyroid or anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction or zero production of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reason of grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible, but you can always control further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen in your body and hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Put protein rich hair packs made of egg. If you want to stay chemical free than you can try some natural conditioners like thyme, rosemary tea, chamomile tea or sage tea to rinse your hair post hair wash. Start a good hair regimen by selecting right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products. Make a visit to your nearest dermatologist soon to get head turning hair.

There are many and needs to see your condition and decide. Used alone, creams and ointments that you apply to your skin can effectively treat mild to moderate psoriasis. When the disease is more severe, creams are likely to be combined with oral medications or light therapy. Topical psoriasis treatments include: Topical corticosteroids.

Don't use creams. Take a aloevera leaf, cut it from middle, and apply on face. Rub gently for 5 min. Then let it dry. Then wash off with warm water. Your skin will remain moist and cool. Do this twice a day.

Dear , your skin condition is to overexposure to sun uv rays, leading to sunburn and dark pigmentation. I suggest avoid sun exposure between 10 a. M. And 4 p. M. Wear tightly woven clothing that covers you, including your arms and legs. Consider wearing clothing or outdoor gear specially designed to provide sun protection. No matter what your skin type is, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an spf of 15 or greater. Wear sunglasses when outdoors. Homoeopathy recommendation: apply berberis aquifolium-q externally to your face, silicea 6x 4 tab/daily thrice for a month, acid nitric 30- 6 pills/daily thrice for a month.

PIMPLE Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing,if you want medicine than , i will prescibe , like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash

Loosing 50 to 100 strands of hair on daily basis is normal. As growth: fall ratio is 80: 20.20 %of hair are always in fall phase and they will come out while doing all these processes. If the hair comes out even on slightest touch or hair has fallen on pillow then it is considered as hair fall. It is important to understand the status of hair follicle along with ratio of growth and fall. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. This will take care of scaling. If hair fall and scaling doesn't settle then consult trichologist.

You vil need medications regit can b hereditary or due to use of some chemical agents, drugs, medication, trauma, contact with allergic agents, autoimmune diseases, age to name a few.
