I have so much stomach problem like digestion. So I want to know how I can stop this what type of meal I would to take.

All type of meal you can take. But avoid hot, oily and spicy food. Avoid alcohol, avoid smoking. Eat more green leafy vegetable, more fruits. Eat breakfast like king (eat heavy and go to work) lunch like vajir (moderate) meal like sipahi (light meal) and sleep after 1 to 2 hr latter after night meal.

I am 38 year old whenever I eat something spicy or hard food I got loose motion and gastric problems. .pls suggest.

The intestinal lining do not tolerate chemical compounds available in certain spices. Some spices passes from the stomach to intestine and causes irritation. The food also moves fastly from inflamed lining. The intestines senses this and draw more water from the circulation and thus cause diarrhea. If you intend to eat spicy food please add yougurt, butter milk with your food it will minimize the diarrhea. Drink one glass of lemon juice after meal to fasten metabolism. Drink water more. Try to identify the spicy food allergic to you avoid that.

My father aged 77 years has leg swelling in day which improves on sleeping. The swelling has increased. He has bp since25 years and diabetes since15 years. He has scattered ulcers in stomach. As a result doctors have stopped ecosprin. What is the alternative. (he takes losar and atorva).

Dear sir your father is diabetic and he may have albumuniria which can decrease the albumin in blood. This decrease lead decreased oncoming pressure is cause of swelling leg which decreases in morning and visible as day passes. There are other causes like varicose vein or right sided heart failure.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am eating properly but my digestion is very poor, so how can improve digestion & how gain a weight.

Hello, there many ways you can improve your digestion. Digestion is weak generally because of weak liver. If you drink a glass of water half an hour before you eat, you metabolism get a boost. Another thing you can do is to eat at regular intervals of 3 to 4 hours. To gain weight, the basic rule is to consume more calories than you spend. I am 64 years old. During 1984 I was diagnosed suffering from internal hemorrhoids and Lord stretch operation was done. Now I am suffering from rectum prolapse for the last two years. Whenever I go to toilet I have to push it inside every time. Kindly advise me the right course of action to get red of it.

Start taking stool softner, some plevic floor strengthening exercise and physiotherapy. Avoid straining, try these out and get urself examined. You should hv improvement with these measures. Wait for 3 months, if not improved then you may need a surgery.

I underwent a massage treatment in ayurveda that gained me 4 kg weight and changed my eating habits after which I started experiencing more irregular periods that came only 3 months once. The last time (3 months ago) when I got my period I had a fleshy chunky discharge that was 2 inches long. Then I experienced so much of pain in my lower abdomen. For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. what was the basis that doctor had told you" liver weak. Because there is no term as weak liver. Please give your liver function test results, based on which I may be able to guide. Plus indulgence in alcohol is harmful for liver.

Doctor, I think I have external piles? I don't feel much pain, but having a lump around anus and it doesn't go inside when pushed wither finger. It stays outside always. I have to strain every morning and lot of pressure I feel at anal area. Sometimes which is mostannoying and causing discomfort? if I eat banana the previous night, it goes freely in morning. What sort of medicines should I take or any natural remedy to cure it. How long I have to wait for the relief from lump type thing in anus. I'm 25 yrs old. I tend to do exercises in morning. Still I have the problem.

Dear try the remedies and continue eating banana at night daily. Constipation should be avoided anyhow. HOME REMEDIES TO CURE PILES:: 1.Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water. 2.Eat 4 figs twice a day, in the morning and evening. Saturate 4 figs in water for the whole night; eat these in the morning. Remember not to drink water prior to eating the figs. Saturate another 4 figs in the morning to be eaten in the evening. Do this every day for 4 weeks. 3. Take 1 tsf triphala churna at night daily with luke warm water. 4. Revert me back.

I'm not sure whether i'm having Irritable bowel syndrome ,but I'm having stomach ache for the past 5 months. Sometimes, after a heavy meal I get diarrhea. What's the treatment & whats the cause? I really wanna get rid of this .sometimes at night, I would get diarrhea. Normally, it occurs after having a heavy meal. But its like severe abdominal pain and after those abdominal pain, I would have to use the toilet. Its been occurring for a very long time and its still occurring till now and i'm just 16. Its seriously really tiring and paining. Whats causing all this to happen? And what should I do for it to stop? Pls help me.

Dear, To improve digestion power and to get rid from stomach pain you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . * Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food , spicy food , excessive consumption of tea , coffee and alcohol . * Avoid to eat street food .
