Hair needs nutrition n care. We do not give care in today' s time. Inspite stress, fast food n shampoo worsen the situation. Apply mahabhringraj hair oil n massage gently with pores of fingers whenever you get time. Massage increases the blood circulation. So hair gets nutrition. Avoid stress. Medicine is also available.

Gargling with lukewarm water added with little bit salt. Take tea of tulasi and turmeric and elayachi. Avoid sleeping just after lunch. Take light diet for a week.

My mother age 60 yrs and she is suffering with knee pains and she is having sugar/bp since last 28 years, what can I do for her problem.

Most of elderly people suffer from such problems and I m proud of child like you who care. For sugar and bp whatever med she is taking should continue. Slowly switch to madhurakshak choorna 1 tsp with warm water 30 minutes before food. For b. P. Please take sarpagandha vati 2 tab + dhamasa choorna 1/2 tsp with water twicetwice a day. For knees please do hot fomentation over knees and then apply brihat guduchiguduchi oil + mahanarayan oil (both mixed) with gentle massage for about 10 minutes. Avoid direct ac or cooler for sometime after massage. Cont. For 15 days and report. Light diet and walk should be managed. Pathya (, i. E. Avoidables: curd, sour food)

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. S.SGPT above 100 is significant, dont worry you don't need any medicine for this.For loose stools have small quantity of gasgasaalu powder in the meal or AJWAIN powder

Prefer keeping yourself it is not good. When we loss some one we share everyone in society. There is no wrong thing it is natural incident. After sharing only we have a capacity to control ourself. No one is not exception from this. But you are doing against to do that. Atleast you should share your closed always keep in mind. Maintain loneliness. It has a chance to come depression. So, be sociable. Share with your friends. Please remove memories of lost one. Do not be alone. Make busy schedule. Plan about your work. Go for entertainment channels, walk more time. Visit temples. Feel always comfortable. Do not give any chance for depressive thoughts. Ok best of luck.

Hello, egg white, carrote, milk. Pls dont go with steroids, it will build up your muscle but will effect your central nerves system indeed your brain functioning will slow down. Take a protein supplement read ingredients before you take, protein % should be more than 50% easily digestible and from natural plant source. Should also keep hormonal balancing and build up your lean muscle also. Very good for health if any degeneration in the body will also be cured. Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Nexito plus is a very good medicine for anxiety disorders and that shows in your improvement. However it should not be continued indiscriminately without a doctors advise. Also even if you feel completely alright, do not stop medications suddenly. Consult your psychiatrist/ doctor first. If you feel you are unable to get up early in morning, you can definitely take the medication at 7pm, preferably with half a cup of milk, if not a meal. Take care.

Hello lybrate-user, green tea (2-3 cups/day) and jogging (30-45 mins/3-4 days/week) both promote fat loss. Fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
