You appear to have premature ejaculation. See a psychiatrist who can help you with medicine belonging to SSRI (anti-anxiety / antidepressant category) which can reduce premature ejaculation. Equally, consider Stop-start method and star squeeze technique (read on internet) and Delay sprays, which reduce sensation and delay ejaculation. Couple therapy session would also help immensely. How To Get Better Sleep?

Are you experiencing problems in sleeping like ? not able to sleep or wake up at the desired time or frequently waking up at night? The best reason might be that you are not following the basic guidelines for healthy sleep. Here, we explain you basic healthy sleep tips. These tips are for typical adults who are facing difficulty in sleeping. In case of children or those suffering from certain sleep disorders we suggest consulting sleep experts to get treated properly.
Maintain Regular Sleep Schedule
The sleep and wake cycle is regulated by ?circadian clock? in the brain. Maintaining a regular waking time strengthens this circadian clock, and helps get sleep at proper time in night. So, maintain a regular sleeping schedule, even during weekends when there is a temptation to sleep more.

Relax Before Going to Bed
It is important that you go to bed with a relaxed and stress-free mind. Avoid stressful activities like playing video games and working with your PC, right before going to bed. Instead, develop relaxing routines like listening to soothing music and reading an interesting book before going to bed. You can learn relaxation therapy from a professional, and practice it before going to sleep. Exercise Regularly
Exercising regularly helps you get sound sleep. However, exercising before your bedtime is not helpful. Finish your exercise routine at least three hours before our bedtime. Exercising during late afternoon is best.
Avoid Caffeine Products Close to Bedtime

Many people think that alcohol acts as sedative and helps get good night sleep. In fact, alcohol causes restless sleep. Avoid alcohol consumption. Tinnitus is a common problem usually associated with deafness. It is of two types, subjective and objective. In objective tinnitus you can find out the cause of tinnitus while in subjective it is difficult to find the cause. Treatment consisit of reassurance and certain vasodilator and vitamin treatment.In objective tinnitus you may require surgery if cause is confirmed by all mod of Diagnosis including CT scan. Dizziness or giddiness or Vertigo…. Is usually due to ear labyrinthine problem. Anti vertigo tabs and vitamin B 12 can help you. You require to go for Ear examination. Pure tone and Impedence audiometry, may require CT scan and stepping test (cranio corpography) to come to proper diagnosis.

Since you have recurrent fever with pain it means there may be some infection. Do not take it lightly. Get your complete blood test and x ray of lumber/sacral region. Do not take too much pain killer it may harm you. Do mild exercise of lumber region and sleep on hard bed.

Hi, sorry to hear that you are suffering from asthama, which can be pretty disturbing. You should be having childhood onset asthma. It usually phases out at puberty. But since you are having the problems still, opt for natural ways to bring the problem down: avoid allergen or weather if thats the cause opt for yoga /breathing excercises include diet with more carrots, papaya, coffee, apple, eggs, cereal, avacado. This should bring the dependence on drugs.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8. Consult me for further advice.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.
