Today I’m going to discuss a few topics jaise logon ko tension hoti hai ki summer mein hume kya food stuff include karni chahiye jisse we stay fit and healthy.
So uske liye mein aapko kuch points batana chahoongi. Jaise sabse pehle summer ka naam aate he humare dimaag mein aata hai liquids. So we have to be particular about liquid intake. Aap ko paani intake jitna ho sake increase karna hoga, ten to twelve glasses intake karna hoga, jaise aap dehydration se bach sake. Summer aane par hume kuch bhi khaane par bloated sa feel hota hai ya hum heavy feel karte hai. Toh jo bhi hum meal lete hai hume dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki who light ho aur nutritive ho. Hume fried food avoid karna chahiye kyunki fried food heat generate karta hai jisse aapko aur jyada heat lagti hai. Toh hume light meals in small intervals include karna chahiye. Kuch logon ko lagta hai ki hume chilled water intake karni chahiye but woh avoid karna chahiye. Hume lagta hai ki chalo hum ekdum se thanda paani pee rahe hai toh who hume kaafi cooling effect de raha hai but hume iss cheez ko avoid karna chahiye kyunki who aapko sirf kuch time ke liye aapko cooling effect de raha hai par who andar jaake aap ke blood vessels ko constrict karta hai jisse aapke body se jo heat bahar nikalni chahiye woh usko thora stop kar deta hai. Hume ekdum se chilled liquid ya jyada thanda paani avoid karna chahiye. Plus hume aerated drinks jisko hum cold drinks bolte hai aur caffeinated things, chai coffee, ko humare diet mein thora restrict karna chahiye because isse aapke body mein dehydration ke chances jyada hote hai kyunki who aapka diuretic work karta hai. Isiliye hume cold drink aur caffeinated things, chai coffee, kum se kum karna chahiye.
Second thing, hum iss cooling ke liye jow ka paani include kar sakte hai. Jow is really good for summer time because of aapke body se water retention bhi nikalta hai aur aapko cooling effect deta hai. Hume thori jo fatty things hai, fried things hai, sweets hai, wo hume apne diet mein thora kum karna dena chahiye. Aap one teaspoon tulsi seeds agar apne diet mein include kar sakte ho.
