Hii my name is kamal and I am sex addict from last 3 years, due to fear I did not say this to anyone. Now because of heavy masturbation my health is continuously goes down please suggest me some tips or medicine how to control it.

MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Hi, masturbation thrice a week is enough and healthier but negative effects of excessive masturbation can be 1. After each ejaculation, you’ll notice the firmness of the next erection may get slightly softer and spongier, depending on how close apart the erections are. 2. Negative psychological impact on a person. Many people feel shame and guilt because of their masturbation habits. 3. Masturbation can cause a bending in your penis if you continually are using the same hand and especially if you masturbate aggressively 4. There is current research that states increased testosterone production is linked to DHT production, which is associated with male pattern hair loss. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone.

Utrition is very important in managing diabetes. Not only what you eat, but how much you eat and when you eat influences your blood sugar. Meals should be at regular times with planned snacks. They should be low fat, high fiber foods with a limited amount of simple carbohydrates. Homoeopathc treatment is effective for controlling sugar levels.

I am 36 years old I am getting thought like suicide but I will not go for that stupid act but because of this my sleeping and diet are totally disturbing how to get out of this please suggest best method .

M.S. Counselling and Psychotherapy
Psychologist, Bangalore
Dear lybrate user, it appears that you are very sad, frustrated and feeling hopeless for something in your life. Suicide is not the solution to any problems in life. If you try to commit suicide and if you do not succeed you will be in greater trouble. If you succeed, you will create problems for your loved ones who will be left behind. Please consult a counsellor who will help you in this difficult situation. Presently, you are not able to think rationally. The counsellor will give you a different perspective about your life and also will help you to explore a number of options, so that you can move ahead in life. Take care.

I have lost my memory what I do sir I have much pain in my head everytime I think very bad in my future bec my future is uncertain what I do sir please hrlp me.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
I think that you are giving yourself a lot of stress because you do nt seem to have a proper direction in your life. I suggest that you meet with a career guidance counselor and find out your aptitude and thereby the suitable profession. This is an important test to do for all children before they attempt their 11th and 12th courses. We often choose professions on the basis of the peer influence, parents demands, fanciful ideas and whims, for the sake of earning pots of money, family tradition etc. Now there are so many options and avenues for employment that the chosen field must be in accordance with your skills-set, aptitude, and your personal aspirations. Otherwise you will end up being depressed and disappointed. Once you have identified your career you can single mindedly foci on that and develop yourself. Never look too much into the future, it will always frighten you because it has not yet happened and nobody can predict the future. Once you have identified the future goal identify steps to reach that goal and focus on the here and now i. E. The immediate steps to reach that goal. In the meantime eat well, sleep well, and do regular exercise.

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - greeva basti (specialized procedure for neck pains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your neck muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of neck. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Avoid using big pillow. Do not read or use gadets while lying on bed. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
