Sir/madam I have very much constipation problem. Sometimes I feel to have a burning sensation in the stomach. Sometimes my stomach is to be affected with flatulence. I do yoga and exercise everyday. But it is not effected in my constipation. I have also digestive problem. Apart from that I have a problem of masturbation one time after 3/4 days. I think it is an another cause for my constipation. But I can not give up this bad habit. Some years ago this habit is more. It was 3-4 times in a day. So please tell me how I can recover from these problem?

Problem is not because of masturbation. If you feel it is because of masturbation then leave it. Do not do as far as possible, inn addition do 1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber Foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- Prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 11. Take – Probiotic 12.Take a glass of hot milk with sugar at night before sleepingfor medivine contact on private chat.

1.Little bit of bending to one side upto 25 degree is considered normal. So don't worry 2. If the bending is more and it is associated with painful erection, it is due to thickening of fibrous tissue on one side as in Peyronie's disease and may need surgery. 3.you may consult for advice.

It happens in cold months because of low temperature .u need some natural moisturizer. Like aloe vera jelly mixed in sesame soil on knee / elbows massage gently 3-4 times and while bath scrub with hand towel soaked in aloe liquid /avo cado vitamin D soap.

Separation anxiety is a developmental disorder of childhood where the child usually has anxiety to new places like school, creche where he needs to be away from people whom he has attachment with eg: parents. Please don't panic as this is a normal phenomenon with most kids initially attending school. Children gradually get adjusted with new environment and these anxiety spells reduce, if the behaviour is persistent then you may need to seek a counselors help for behaviour therapy or a psychiatrist consultation if symptoms are overwhelming. It can be recommended for the parent to sit in the class for few days until the child is able to develop rapport with the teacher and other students in the school.

Dear Lybrate user. Many people think that they are ADDICTED to masturbation / sex, where as they are actually just used to masturbate / have sex regularly and can’t quit easily. Addiction is problematic and being used to is not, though there is only a thin line separating both. Masturbation / sex is not harmful as long as it is not an addiction. We need to determine if you are addicted or just used to. Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines . you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.
