I am facing from two years a problem like whenever I have to do something it's take long time as my leg and hands feels difficulty to do so. My back upper hip always pained while sleeping and more in the morning around 4 am.

you are facing a problem from last two years and you didnt mention, have you ever consulted any doctor, what they prognosed or diagnosed you with a problem. Here is a small adviced, but strongly recommended to consult a physiotherapisthave you had a full blood test? low iron, magnesium and potassium can cause aching, cramping feelings in muscles, and also make you feel tired. So can out of balance hormones. It might also be worth keeping a food diary to see if there are any foods that trigger the symptoms (or ease the symptoms). Gentle stretching exercise like yoga might help ease the physical symptoms too.

As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercises.

cyst in the armpit may be due to infected sweat gland or enlarged lymph node. if it is painful and gradually increasing in size then it needs to be removed surgically otherwise an ultrasound examination can help to distinguish if the swelling is due to an infection or due to other courses

Leg pain can occur due to many reasons. Here are some simple tips to help you. 1. Drink lots of fluids in this summer to avoid cramps. 2. Avoid jogging on hard surfaces. 3. Wear good quality supportive shoes while walking 4. Give rest to your legs and apply cold pack when you have severe pain. You can take simple analgesics like paracetamol for relief. 5. Can apply topical analgesics. For diagnosis and management give details of your pain and consult.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Get done xray first. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

Hi! I used to swim twice a week for about 30-40 laps breast stroke. One day suddenly, I felt like a muscular spasm on my left shoulder. The incident happened around 45 days back. I got my x-ray and showed to ortho although no fracture or injury got revealed. I even took a shot from a local doc for subsiding of spasm, incase it is. I am still having the pain. I would in particular mention it on my left deltoid when I lift it. Kindly help and suggest our recommendations. Regards

Hi back pain is most commonly due to bad posture or an injury to the structures in the spine. Take bed rest for 2 to 3 days. Avoid bending forwards or squatting or two wheeler as it puts lot of strain on the spine. Take some physiotherapy help, know about good posture and learn back strengthening exercises. It is better to see a spine specialist if pain persists.

For the past 2 days I am waking up with a minor morning dizziness. I have desk job (which obviously involves hours and hours of sitting in the same position) for which probably I am guessing there is a pain in the neck too. Could this be a cause? Or is this related to the ear?

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? How to avoid shin splint (front lower leg pain)
Shin splints, medically known as medial tibial stress syndrome (mtss), refers to pain in the shins - the front lower legs. It is an inflammatory condition of the front part of the tibia. The pain is brought on by strenuous activity, more commonly in stop-start sports such as squash, tennis or basketball. Running too much on hard surfaces is also a common cause of shin splints.

These tips may help you avoid suffering with shin splints.

-use proper fitting shoes with good support
-make sure the insoles are shock-absorbing. If you have flat feet, good insoles are vital
-avoid hard surfaces, uneven terrain, or slanted slopes
-increase your intensity gradually
-make sure you are warmed up properly before doing exercise.
