Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add the same amount of water. My son have a little more fat in chest portion. By liposuction can fat removes permanently tell me the approximate cost for liposuction treatment?

Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Mumbai
Hello, Liposuction can surely help to get rid of the chest bulge. However if the bulge includes a tough glandular component then he will require to get that removed as well (can be done at the same time). The cost may range over a wide range depending on the size of bulge, nature of bulge, hospital you choose, room you select etc. I would recommend that we discuss that when you meet me in person. I can assure you that the charges are reasonable. Dr varun Dixit

I am facing hairfall from last one month. Is there any shampoo or liquid treatment to reduce the hairfall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am facing hairfall from last one month.
Is there any shampoo or liquid treatment to reduce the hairfall.
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Surgery Questions to Ask Your Surgeon

Surgery Questions to Ask Your Surgeon

A surgery is a serious matter and before undergoing any kind of surgery, it is essential that you know all the vital facts about the surgery including the procedures, benefits and effects. Here are some common surgery questions which you should ask your surgeon before having a surgery:

What is the nature of the surgery?
Your doctor should explain the exact procedure of the surgery and all the steps that would be involved, with the help of illustrations. You should also know about the other surgeries which too can be applicable and why the one that has been chosen for you is the best option.

Why is the surgery required?
Your doctor should explain to you in detail why the surgery is required for you. This will make you understand why you really need the surgery.

Do I have any alternatives other than surgery?
In many cases, medicines and several non-surgical methods like a change in lifestyle may treat a condition and improve it and a surgery can be avoided. Your doctor should tell you about the benefits and risks so that you can take a final decision regarding the operation. Sometimes, you may be kept under observation for some time and if your conditions improve, surgery can be avoided.

What are the risks of the surgery?
Most surgeries are associated with some amount of risk. So it is better to know about them beforehand. You should consult your doctor about the probable complications such as bleeding and infection. You must be well informed about the effects of the surgery.

What will happen if I do not want the surgery?
In case you decide not to undergo a surgery based on the benefits and risks, you must know what will be the aftereffects if you do not have a surgery. The condition may worsen, and you need to know about it well.

How experienced is the doctor?
It is very important to know about your surgeon and his experience. You must ask him about his previous experiences, how many times he has operated and about his track record.

Where will the surgery be performed?
Nowadays, many surgeries are conducted on an outpatient basis and in ambulatory surgical centers. This reduces cost. However, for some surgeries a hospital is the only way. You should ask the doctor about the best place for your surgery. It is also important to enquire about the recovery process and time. Before going for a surgery, it is important for you to know all the basic facts regarding the procedure. You should ask your doctor several questions to be well informed.

These are the best methods to cure pimples & breakouts -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25,000 I. U. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..
