Hey, i'am 20 years old. I have combination skin type and I am dusky and have uneven skin tone. When I was 18 years old I went to kaya to undergo some treatment to get an even skin tone. And the dermatologist there suggested me to undergo chemical peeling. Before this treatment I never use to have acne and leftover black spots but now after 2 years I am still getting lill bit acne and have spots on face. Also, while I was having the treatment my skin was getting better to some extend but after I completed all my 6 sittings if chemical peeling my skin got worse and darker. Please suggest me something should I undergo some peeling again? Will it help me? Home remedies do not really work to be frank. I just want an even lighter skin tone. Please suggest me something.

Do not go for peeling anymore. There is no need if it shows side effects. Try some normal yet effective tips to even your skin tone. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Maam I am using garner pure active neem facewash at age 16, is it beneficial or not.

I would recommend tea tree. Tea tree oil is considered the ideal skin disinfectant. A solution of 5 percent tea tree oil applied topically, after a thorough cleansing of the area, offers the same benefit as benzoyl peroxide, but without the same drying effects and irritation. Look for commercial products or make your own solution by combining 1 part tea tree oil with 20 parts of olive oil. Commercially prepared tea tree oil soap is another alternative. Use The body shop's tea tree face wash if possible.

Any side effects for skin lite. please suggest better cream for whitening colour to face. If I stop using skin lite black spots ate coming under my eyes. Olz suggest better cream any.

Hello, skinlite contains a steroid and can have side effects like skin thinning, sun sensitivity etc. Instead, use kojivit gel one pea size drop for full face at night for 6 weeks. Avoid sun exposure. Use photostable or rivela sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Hello sir , I am a 22 year old girl . actually I have been using a hydroquinone cream of 2% for 2 years . And after stop using it my face become more darker than my actual color of skin . I have tried all natural home remedies but there is no any improvement seen . What should I do now . Please suggest ?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, first of all, gradually reduce the frequency and number of use of hydroquinone cream (never stop abruptly!). Homoeopathic medicines can be taken which not only will reduce the bad or side-effect/s of that medicine gradually, but also will take care of your complexion. Medication: take one dose of nux vomica 1m once (at night after meals) followed by berberis aquefolium q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ 3 times a day for a month. Also, apply berberis aquefolium ointment on the whole face daily twice. Management: -apply tomato juice on your skin daily. -apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon. -mix fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry. Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream. Follow this daily regime and let me know your feedback.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Exposure to sunlight, freckles, acne and several other skin diseases are responsible for making the skin look dull and discolored. Homoeopathy not only helps in controlling excess oil secretion by the sebaceous glands but provides a clear and fair skin removing all such tendencies which lead to dull skin.Along with this a diet rich in vegetables and whole fruits, plenty of water, regular exercise will also help you You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance
