Body pain can be due to weakness or exertion. Take healthy diet containing all green leafy veges and fresh fruits. Include salad also. Drink plenty of water. Take all dairy products. Its good for bones. Eat nuts daily. Its rich in fiber and omega 3 and gives you lots of energy. Avoid stress and anger. Start light walk or yoga. It will help you and makes you fresh. All these will help you.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

It could be due to auagenic pruritus 1. Don't take bath in hot water. Use lukewarm/cold water 2. Avoid hard water 3. If you take frequent shower/bath don't use too much of soap which can cause dryness of skin by removing oil from skin 4. Don't change your shampoo/ soap frequently 5. Apply essential oil/lotion before and after shower 6. Avoid frequent bath/shower because it removes oil from skin causing dryness.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and Take Cp Amoxicillin 500mg 1-1 for five days

I have low Vit. D- 29.1 .And have body pains. Please suggest how much IU I should take daily and food .

Normal level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief see a physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.
