I'm trying to complete rid of the belly fat. What should be my diet? I'm vegetarian but eat eggs.
Start with low grade abs exercise and increase the intensity gradually. With your exercise need some life style modification especially the diet. For developing muscle we have to produce good quality proteins with exercise, In your case your abs muscles are filled with fat and through abs exercise we can reduce it and as a supporting factor eat sufficient amount of protein. Include 2 egg white 1 hr before your exercise and 250 ml milk after 1 hr of your exercise, If you are not doing any exercise start with 20 min and gradually increase up to one hour, include endurance and aerobics exercises. Properly set up food intake timing, in between meals maintain 2.5 to 3 hours gap and divide your 3 main meals into 6 small meals. If there avoid sot drinks and alcohol intake and increase your dietary fiber through vegetable and fruits, Take whole fruits instead of juice.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

You are too over weight reduce it. You are so young go for morning fast walk end evening for 3to 5 km. Per day. Do not take carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg avoid too oily end ghee foods sweets. Do arobic excersices. Take fiber foods as you can. Do not sleep in noon.

If you wish to lose weight under professional guidance with diet plans which have food of your choice and are healthy and sustainable, you should opt for a customised diet program. We cannot draft and send a diet plan here as it needs lot of information, needs calculations and is a time taking process. However, you can start with avoiding simple sugars as far as possible, Eating Out' less, avoiding junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 -40 mins walk. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

आज हर जनरल स्टोर और फ़ूड स्टोर्स पर सूरजमुखी अपने फायदेमंद गुणों के साथ आसानी से बीज या तेल के रूप में उपलब्ध है. इसका हम अपने दैनिक जीवन में धड़ल्ले से इस्तेमाल भी करते हैं. लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि हमारे सर से लेकर पाँव तक के लिए सूरजमुखी फायदेमंद है? तो आइए सूरजमुखी के फायदे और नुकसान को समझते हैं.

इन रोगों में फायदेमंद है सूरजमुखी
1. अस्थमा और कैंसर से बचाता है : सूरजमुखी के बीज में विटामिन ई, सेलियम और कॉपर भरपूर मात्रा में होने के कारण इसमें एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण पाया जाता है. तमाम शोधों से ये पता चला है कि ये पेट, प्रोस्ट्रेट और ब्रेस्ट कैंसर से हमारी रक्षा करता है. यही नहीं इसके प्रयोग से अस्थमा जैसी बीमारियों के लिए भी सूरजमुखी फायदेमंद है.
2. पेट को दुरुस्त रखता है : इसमें पाए जाने वाले तमाम तत्वों में एक फाइबर भी है. इसमें प्रचुर मात्रा में पाया जाने वाला फाइबर आपके कब्ज की समस्या को दूर करके आपके पेट को भी दुरुस्त रखता है.
3. जोड़ों के दर्द में राहत : इसका तेल जोड़ों के दर्द की बिमारी यानी गठिया में भी आपको भरपूर लाभ पहुंचाता है. तो इस बिमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति इसका उपयोग करके आराम महसूस कर सकता है.

4. हड्डियों को मजबूत बनाता है : इसमें प्रचुर मात्रा में पाया जाने वाला मैग्नीशियम हमारे शरीर की हड्डियों को मजबूती और लचीलापन प्रदान करता है.
5. बालों का करे विकास : इसके बीजों में जिंक तत्व की अधिकता होती है. जिंक आपके बालों को तो बढ़ाता है लेकिन इसकी अधिकता से बाल झड़ने भी लगते हैं इसलिए इसका इस्तेमाल सावधानी से करें. इसमें पाया जाने वाला विटामिन ई आपके सर में ब्लड सर्कुलेशन करके बालों के विकास में मदद करता है.

2. बाजार में मिलने वाले सूरजमुखी के बीज को लेकर विशेष रूप से सावधान रहना चाहिए. क्योंकि बाजार में मिलने वाले सूरजमुखी के बीज कई बारे काफी पुराने मिल जाते हैं जिससे नुकसान की ज्यादा संभवनाएं बनती हैं.
3. कुछ लोगों को सूरजमुखी परिवार के पौधों से एलर्जी हो सकती है. इसलिए उन्हें सावधान रहना चाहिए.
