I have toothache from last 2 years, also decay with black spot on dental cap? I except your proper guidance?

For toothache you should undergo proper clinical examination. If decay is not too deeo it can be exacavated and be restored by composite cement. If decay is too deep it can be treated by root canal treatment followed by crown (cap)

•A change in taste may result from dehydration, glossitis, a dry mouth, allergies, salivary glands infections, lack of zinc and vitamin B12, and polyps in the nose. •Others include breathing through the mouth, inflamed upper airways, and autoimmune diseases like Sjogren's syndrome and Bell's palsy. •Some injuries and traumas that cause a bitter taste include head, nerve, mouth and nose injuries, and biting your tongue. •Dental appliances such as braces, any surgery on your ear, nose, teeth or throat, and radiation therapy on your neck or head cause a bitter taste in mouth. •Gargle with water. Brush your teeth, tongue, roof of your mouth, and gums using toothpaste. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash. Drink liquids, chew sugar-free gum or mints, or suck on sour candies. Use plastic utensils if you have taste alteration when eating.

How to clean the yellowness of teeth in Children and elders with out harm? please suggest me.
For elders, deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. The regularly through good oral hygiene practices. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in your mouth can build up if not removed filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. You may consult me in person. For Childrens, brush the teeth twice daily.

Brushing your teeth by keeping the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle will prevent your gums from getting hurt.

I have an oral problem I can not open my mouth from last 20 years widely I used to take gutkas but I have been not taken since 20 years. I visited many dentist they gave me several types of medical treatment but no one can help me out of this. I am 45 year age what should I do. Is there any chance to recover hence I am now hopeless what do you suggest me SIR.

BDS
Dentist, Pune
Hello lybrate user. I think you have taken injections for your problem and if not just go for it first. Treatment also depends upon severity that is true if the opening is so less that you can not even open 1 cm then surgery is only the option.
