Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

You should take ayurveda medicine because ayurveda cures. If you don't want to take any medicine then you should put 2 drop of pure cow ghee (indian) 2 times a day. After 1 month your complain will cure about 70-80%

I am 85. Recently I had low blood pressure thrice causing giddiness and loss of balance. This is the first time I had low blood pressre.

U hv not mentioned your proper symptoms. If physical weakness you should tk proper diet nutrition rich food. Do excersise. And tk regular medicine to avoid such problems. Tk food rich vitamins, proteins and fibrous fruit and that your body cn digest easily.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary

You can not check the hymen like this it is a very thin membrane covering vagina partially but with inserting anything in the vagina it gets broken.

This is about my son.He is 19 years old good looking. From 14 years around to 17 years he was very angry with myself and his mother. He got good marks in his 10th and ok marks in 12th. For the last 2years his anger as come down considerably. 1 year back he had a love failure. I heard from his friends that he used bad words openly (scolded the girl) at the time of break up. Pigmentation is caused due to genetics, sun exposure, stress, hormonal changes during pregnancy or birth control pills, menopause, insulin resistance, damage to the skin due to injury or overly aggressive skin care treatment, or even the frequent use of hair dyes. Tattoos may also cause it home remedies orange paste: grate the skin of an orange and make a paste / gel with few teaspoons of milk. Leave it on for half an hour and then massage gently and wash it off with warm water. Exfoliate your face at least 3 to 4 times a week with this paste. Exfoliation encourages cell renewal and removes the dark blotches. Aloe vera juice to lighten dark spots: gently apply aloe vera juice or gel on the affected area and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. Aloe vera contains mucilaginous polysaccharides that can effectively lighten dark spots. Turmeric powder and milk: make a paste of 5 tablespoons of turmeric powder in 10 tablespoons of milk and apply it all over your face. Gently massage your face and wash it off with warm water after 20 minutes. Almond and honey face pack: make a face pack with almond and honey. Apply and wash it off after 15 minutes. Triphala choornam: ayurvedic practitioners recommend taking 1 tablespoon of triphala choornam with warm water at bed time to accelerate healing. Homeopathic treatment is provide permanent cure, but for this detail history is needed.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You are overweight by 13 to 15 kgs as per your height. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: Salmon Tuna Paneer Soya beans Soya paneer-tofu Eggs Shrimps Granola bars Cheese Paneer Yoghurt Walnuts Dates Apricots Anjeer Raisins Nuts and oil seeds Peanut butter Chicken breast Gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body toning.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology.
