Please note the followings: •Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

Exercise regularily 2.Take nutritious diet 3.Avoid application of cream nd lotions 4.Avoid dry fruits,nuts,chocklates,spicy nd fried food 1. Milk for Skin Lightening Milk is a rich source of calcium. Calcium, along with many important functions in our body, also regulates normal skin color. It does so by stimulating melanocytes, the skin cells that produces melanin pigment. Also, when you provide higher calcium content to the upper epidermis of your skin, you help maintain effective barrier against moisture loss. This prevents skin from going dry which can also affect your skin making it darker. Milk also contains lactic acid which reduces skin’s pigmentation making your skin lighter in complexion. Get this: • Milk (preferably cow’s or goat’s milk)- 1 bowl • Washcloth Do this: • Take the bowl of milk and warm it a little. You need just warm milk and not hot. • Soak your washcloth in this. • Take out the washcloth and wring it out to discard excessive milk. While the cloth should be fully soaked in milk, it should not drip. • Now gently rub your skin with this cloth. • Once the cloth gets dry, soak it again in the milk and repeat the process. • Repeat the cycle of dipping and rubbing for 3-4 times. • Do this daily, preferably after taking bath. • After a couple of weeks, you may do this twice a week instead of doing it daily. ________________________________________ 2. Yogurt for Skin Lightening Lactic acid is a known remedy for natural skin lightening. This acid is the most gentle alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Alpha hydroxy acids act as exfoliants by contributing in rapid shedding of dead skin cells on the surface. This leads to cell renewal which in turn removes dullness from your skin giving you a brightening effect. As a skin lightening agent, lactic acid helps bleach the hyperpigmented skin by suppressing the production of melanin. Therefore, using yogurt loaded with lactic acid, makes sense when it comes to skin lightening with natural remedies. Ways to use yogurt for skin lightening 1. Take some plain, unflavored and unsweetened, yogurt. Rub this gently on to your skin for a couple of minutes. Then leave the yogurt on your skin for another few minutes. Now wash off using lukewarm water. Repeat this daily. 2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and oatmeal to get make a face mask. Apply this to your skin. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily.

DEAR lybrate user...A) apply paste of garlic juice and curd on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..thanks

During sex! I mean while I sex with my partner, a transparent fluid (cum) came out from his vagina. After few minutes during sex, my partner shout (make some sex noise) and then the fluid came. I wanna know that is it a disease or its harmful? Please reply its for my sex partner (female).

Hello, take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs, in the morning. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops + passiflora q, 20 drops +, half cup of water at night 1 hour before sleeping. Revert me after 15 days.

Regular sex cannot be underestimated as a factor for reducing stress, bolstering self-esteem and fostering feelings of intimacy and bonding between partners.

But the real point of this article is the fact that a healthy sex life can provide for a longer, healthier and, most would agree, more enjoyable life. Among the many health benefits of sex are:

1. Improves immunity

People who have sex frequently (one or two times a week) have significantly higher levels of immunoglobulin a (iga. 1your iga immune system is your body's first line of defense.

Its job is to fight off invading organisms at their entry points, reducing or even eliminating the need for activation of your body's immune system. This may explain why people who have sex frequently also take fewer sick days. 2

Men who made love regularly (at least twice a week) were 45 percent less likely to develop heart disease than those who did so once a month or less, according to one study. 3

Sexual activity not only provides many of the same benefits to your heart as exercise but also keeps levels of estrogen and testosterone in balance, which is important for heart health.

Sexual activity, and specifically intercourse, is linked to better stress response and lower blood pressure. 4

Sex helps to boost your heart rate, burn calories and strengthen muscles, just like exercise. In fact, research recently revealed that sex burns about 4 calories a minute for men and 3 for women, making it (at times) a'significant' form of exercise. It can even help you to maintain your flexibility and balance.

Sexual activity releases pain-reducing hormones and has been found to help reduce or block back and leg pain, as well as pain from menstrual cramps, arthritis and headaches. One study even found that sexual activity can lead to partial or complete relief of headache in some migraine and cluster-headache patients. 6

Research has shown that men who ejaculate at least 21 times a month (during sex or masturbation) have a lower risk of prostate cancer. This link needs to be explored further, however, as there may have been additional factors involved in the association.

After sex, the relaxation-inducing hormone prolactin is released, which may help you to nod off more quickly. The" love hormone" oxytocin, released during orgasm, also promotes sleep.

Sex triggers your body to release its natural feel-good chemicals, helping to ease stress and boost pleasure, calm and self-esteem. Research also shows that those who have sexual intercourse responded better when subjected to stressful situations like speaking in public. 8

9. Boost your libido

The more often you have sex, the more likely you are to want to keep doing it. There's a mental connection there but also a physical one, particularly for women. More frequent sex helps to increase vaginal lubrication, blood flow and elasticity, which in turn make sexual activity more enjoyable.

10. Improves bladder control in women

Intercourse helps to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which contract during orgasm. This can help women to improve their bladder control and avoid incontinence. You can boost this benefit even more by practicing kegel exercises during sex (a kegel squeeze is performed by drawing your lower pelvic muscles up and holding them up high and tight, as if you're trying to stop a flow of urine).

Are you a diabetic? Please stress on exercise, diet control, weight loss. Take high fibre diet. You can start tab atorva 40 mg at bed time to manage dyslipedemia.
