You r a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Use kojivit gel twice daily over the marks.

Fever if remains for more than 5-6 days, even after taking medications as advised by doctor, proper clinical examination, related investigations diagnosis and necessary medication under doctor's observation is necessary.

"Women think and feel differently about sex. You need to know a little more about your woman to make sex enjoyable for both.

Men, you must avoid these 7 blunders-

1) Sex begins in the bed: For most men, sex is plug and play. Women are not cut that way, arousal for women is not so quick. Do some fun activities together, and show you appreciate her. It is important to build on closeness by hugging, kissing, and holding hands. A long hug can does much more than you can think. Hugging for 30 seconds stimulates oxytocin, the hormone in women that makes them feel secure. Feeling secure in the relationship is important for a woman to feel up for sex.

2) You can plan it well: Do not assume that if your plan worked the first couple of times or more, it will work the next time as well. What turns your woman on varies with her mood, and how she is placed with her monthly cycle. Her body can be more sensitive at certain times more than the other. Try different things and when you find something that works, linger on it. Women often complain that men move on to the next thing just as they really start to enjoy an activity.

3) You know it all: It is common for women to fake an orgasm to make it feel better. So, if she's not enjoying herself, you might not be aware. Do the talk and ask her how she feels. Let her guide you to a beautiful experience for both.

4) It is all about physical stimulation: You must go beyond your idea of foreplay, it is not just physical stimulation. You must not ignore mental stimulation. While physical stimulation is enough for men to get turned on, it is not the same for women. Women feel and fantasize a lot. Appeal to their fantasy or share a sexy memory.

5) Assume that intercourse gives her an orgasm: Majority of women do not get an orgasm via intercourse alone. Reson being most sex positions don’t directly stimulate the clitoris. Figure out ways that work for her. To help her hit the high note when you do have sex, a good foreplay is important. The closer women are as you begin the intercourse, the more likely they are to have an orgasm.

6) Seduction is not required: All women like to be seduced. Seduction is where is all begins and a deciding factor. You must know the trick, for it is different for different women. The idea is to convey to her that she is desirable.

7) Focus on going inside: Most women need clitoral stimulation to get an orgasm, but it's not as simple. More so because of its anatomy. Its nerve endings spread throughout the vulva and inside the vagina. All make for potential pleasure points which are worth exploring.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Exercise helps you only 20-30 % in loosing weight, mainly you need to control your diet. Diet should consist more of fruits, nuts, whole grain (whole wheat, brown rice, oatmeal etc) basically fibre rich food should be included. Also have a light dinner and heavy (as in balanced) breakfast. Eat small frequent meals rather than 3 main meals. Also drink plenty of water, though every diet is individualised to suit the persons body type, these are only few tips to start with.

For Pimples - Aclind Gel / Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus gel for application twice daily over affected area. For Marks (spots) - DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night (very little on marks over marks only) Face wash with Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. Tab. Limcee 500 mg once daily for one month. Tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination peels can be performed by a dermatologist in order to improve pimples, marks and scars.

Use glycerine and honey mixed to smear dry hands. Keep for sometime. Wash. Alternatively, white butter may be smeared, massaged, kept for some time and washed. These are as effective as any braded, costly creams hope it helps you.

Weight gain is not due to pregnancy but due to lack of attention to your general health and nutrient intake during lactation. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hi, Fever may be simple/ self-limiting viral infection, or it may a symptom some serious illness like typhoid/ malaria/ Dengue/ TB or many more like that. It is decided by symptoms provided by you, and a battery of investigations. Therefore, follow the advice and consult doctor with detail symptoms. 1. Wear light and cotton cloths, it helps in cooling of body. 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg (as and when required; after food) for fever (more than 99 F) for 3 days. Maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hours can be taken in a day. 3. If fever persists, do cold sponging (with cold water even ice water if needed) to lower down temperature. 4. Drink plenty of fluids. 5. Take adequate rest and proper sleep. Going to work, working out may just make you feel worse as the extra action adds stress to your body. Inadequate sleep decreases immunity of body, which causes worsening of illness. 6. Take proper diet preferably homemade like dalia, khichdi, rice, dahl, chapatti, vegetable soups or steamed veggies.
