Use haldi, besan, suji, milk and lemon juice paste and apply it on your face, keep it for 1/2 hour and then wash it away! drink 2 tsf of any raktashodhak twice daily! do it every alternate day! use aloe vera gel twice a day! if no relief take constitutional homeopathic treatment!

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

Hi, from what you have mentioned above, it seems that you have got diabetes which is usually associated with the above symptoms. It is advisable to consult a diabetologist and get your condition treated. For dry mouth, you need to increase saliva secretion in your mouth. This can be achieved by increasing your fluid intake and by drinking lot of water. Sugar free gums are available in the market which can also help in increasing salivary production.

Dear Lybrate User, If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos. Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight. Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain. Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Shampoo does not help prevent hairfalls. Oil does. Purchase an ayurvedic hair oil available near you and apply it twice a week by warming it a little n massaging for 15-20mins. Then wash off with a herbal shampoo after half an hour. Do not keep changing your shampoo frequently as it damages the hair roots.

Hello Doctor. I am a 30 year old male lean in body structure. Yesterday afternoon, while lifting a heavy object at home my lower back got hurt after that I am in pain lying on bed. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Hi masturbating is a natural process done by any one female or male. And sexual desirement is like hunger, which is full fill by masturbation when opposite partner is not there. But excessive masturbation is not good. Sometime it convert into habit and after that it make addiction so it should be in limit. According to ayurveda when you do mastarbaation that time you west your shukra dhatu [sperm] ,shukradhatu is resultfir shaurya, lusturness of your body, daring,budhi ,intelligence when you will est it this all work of shukra dhatu is get decrease so that not only fairness effect but also lustur is effect. Masturbation is need but it is in limit do not do as addiction.
