Apanasana (knees pulled to chest)

Process
Lie flat on your back and relax your body. Place your hands on the knees and inhale. Pull the knees on the chest while exhaling. Rock the knees side to side for improved stretch. Inhale and exhale 5-10 times and then release the knees. Repeat thrice.


Setu bandha Sarvangasana (bridge pose)

Process

Lie on your back and bend knees. Place your arms down and flatten your feet on the floor. Incline your hips which will stretch your chest. You can press one hip and pause the pose for 5 breaths. Switch it to the other side. Place your hands below the body as you incline the back. You could also clasp the hands together and intertwine the fingers.

Paschimottanasana (seated dorward bend pose)


Process

Sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front. Keep your back straight and slowly hinge ahead to touch your feet. This will lift your hips and lower the torso. Pause for 5-10 breaths.

While your try to reach your feet, try to stretch as much as possible. If you do not reach your feet due to lower flexibility, you could keep practising it regularly for a healthier body.

Marjaryasana and bitilasana (cat and cow)

Process

Place your hand and knees on the floor so that your back is flat up. Inhale and make sure that your abs are engaged. Exhale by dropping your head. Round up the spine which gets you to the cat pose. While you inhale, arch the back and hold your head and hips up. This is the cow pose.

Repeat both the poses alternatively. While you inhale, you could be on the cow pose and while your exhale you should be the cat pose. Repeat 5-10 times.

Balasana (child's pose)

Process

Sit on your knees but spread the legs so that there is adequate gap in-between. Now lean forward and stretch arms in front. Make sure your back is straight and your forehead on the floor.

If you want the pose to be a little easier you keep a pillow to rest your head on it.

Take some time out for regular yoga, so that the next time you eat a little extra you're not worried about the repercussions. Our body becomes more flexible with regular yoga and it also improves our mental health.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking lots of no for a better belly and even better life. Recommended a private consultation.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

You are addicted to masturbation and now feeling early ejaculation problem. I advice you to stop masturbation and take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

Fatty liver is due to deposition of fat in liver cells. You should reduce your weight and be concious for fatty food and alcholol. Meanwhile tab udiliv 300 1 tab bd for 6 wks.

Although appearance of Albumin or Microalbumin may be connected with early involvement of renal mechanism and kidney However there may be some commonest reasons like urine infection which can be easily diagnosed and treated. I will suggest you to take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months and you need to train your self by keeping alarm at 3am and going to toilet and than sleep again and do this for minimum six months daily

Hello I want you ask that how I can improve my digestive system because my digestive system is very poor I eat papaya and apple raisins taking meals at time but it doesn't work completely. I take oats in breakfast but they are fry in oil like masala oats with onion and tomatoes it is right to eat oilfry oats. Pls help me out I am in big trouble.
