If not relieved then take unienzyme 1 tab 3 times after food for 10 days. Take non spicy light food.

I am taking too much sugar in tea ,2.5 teaspoonful (more than my friends) in one cup three times in a day ,I didn't feel tasty in less sugar ,is that normal.

How can I reduce my upper body? Pls give me the tips my lower body is slim upper body is fatty ecn to my face also.
There is no spot reduction. One has to exercise well n eat clean to remove fats from the body and wherever there is fat it will get reduced. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

For gaining weight no need o go for any supplements .you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In breakfast have 1-2 Veg stuffed Besan Cheela/ 1-2 Ragi Cheela. In lunch have Bajra/ barley/ ragi/ missi (50% Besan 50 % Barley) roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed Barley chapati /1-2 Ragi chapti + 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

Dear user. I can understand. SEXUAL DESIRE AND SEXUAL STAMINA cannot be built on one day. Moderate exercise can help in increasing sex energy to a great extent. Simple push-ups or 30 minutes of regularly walking or jogging can work wonders in building sex power. Oysters,, almonds, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, Fruits like apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, papayas etc. dates, chocolate, pumpkin seeds, onions etc can also help you to improve your sexual power. A healthy lifestyle that keeps a person active with proper food and adequate exercise help in improving one’s sex power. Diet plays a big role in one’s sex life. Healthier the person better is the sex life. Sex life reflects the lifestyle one leads. Do pranayama (in yoga) everyday for excellent sexual stamina. Take care.

Discuss with your doctor who will either increase the dose of metformin or add some medicine in evening. Be cause your pp blood sugar is acceptable but fasting is little high.
