I cant touch my heel on floor properly. Please advise any medicine or injection.
Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

any shampoo which is not too harsh is good...depending upon ur hair shampoos suits....wash ur hair with luke warm water and shampoo twice a week

My hair is becoming very very thing. I used to have very very large and thick hair. Day by day it became dull and dry. I have premature (at the age of 11) grey hair so started putting henna from the teenage time on wards. When I'm into 20 years started using shampoo. Now I'm entered into 30. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello, Technically age is a non reversible process and you must be knowing it well too :) but yes you can achieve a fit and strong body and a healthy lifestyle. 1. Indulge into a regular physical activity like walk, yoga, running, strength and flexibility exercises(4-5 days a week) 2. Maintain a proper balanced diet including sufficient amount of calcium, proteins, and a correct proportion of fats and carbohydrates. 3.drink plenty of water in the entire day. 4.Keep stress away from the life and have enough and a sound sleep of atleast 7 hrs.
