Hi, behcets syndrome is a disease which is treated by multiple doctors. As far as oral ulcers are concerned a dentist can help you in this thing. For mouth ulcers in behcets disease it is good if some steroid based topical cream can be applied. It generally gives you long lasting relieve from oral ulcers. Regards Dr. Avinash.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold(ice) therapy. Pain in the ankle is due to constant pressue which falls during standing and walking activities, as ankle is such a stong joint and it generaly leads to ankle dislocation in majority of the cases. After applying Ice, ankle brace to restrict the joint movement thereby it will make you to feel comfortable and also it will enhace quik healing. To divert the weight fallling on the injured ankle you can improve the blood circulation to the particular injured area by doing hot water fermentation and I also suggest you to wear MCR chappals to divert the weight falling on the painful ankle.

Kindly show me your all the reports rheumatoid arthritis is a self limiting disease. Acute phase can be managed with medicines. Physiotherapy helps in preventing contractures & deformities. Keep your moral up! any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee & upper limb exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear, follow the tips they will help u: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 7.Do yoga and pranayam early morning daily.

Hello Ravindra ur blood sugar levels are normal. Bilirubin is increased for dat u have to maintain strict diet and bed rest. Dont eat oily spicy outside food. Only home made bland food n boiled water u hv 2 take. repeat sr. bilirubin direct indirect after 3 days and consult me in private. Follow up with me. Regards

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. Start with Physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. Use lumber spine belt also. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement. Continue with Iron folic supplement. Aply Volini cream also.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot.
