Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need root canal treatment. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, allergy), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hi lybrate-user if the blood is coming during brushing or chewing something hard, then that's a gum disease your suffering from. It happenes because of the infection caused by the food which got stuck in your teeth and not got cleaned for a long time. Do not worry! just go to a dentist for scaling and root planning.

It's due to gum sweeling. It may be due to any kind of infection. Not necessary it is a sign of hiv. Soo dnt worry. Maintain a good hygiene of your mouth. Wash teeth 2-3 times a day. Brush at night with baking soda. Rinse your mouth with lemon water. Boil few leaves of guava with water. Then rinse your mouth with that water. With this you need homoeopathic treatment. U can also contact me through Lybrate.

Walking is better than running for stamina?
Hello lybrate-user. Whitening toothpastes whiten the teeth to some extent. For better results go for scaling of teeth followed by bleaching procedure after consulting your dentist.

My teeth are little yellowish in colour which toothpaste or mouthwash do I have to use to get rid of that?

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. I can understand your cosmetic appearance problem and self image issue. But most of the doctors would advise you not to worry too much about your cosmetic appearance issues. To answer your question, there are treatments available to shape your teeth and to make your appearance attractive. Do consult an orthodontist. Take care.
