Appearance of breast is called Thelarche . If no other signs of puberty are there like hair in groin or armpits, then it is not considered as precocious puberty, and there is no need to do anything. Advice to stop pressing, rubbing or massage.

Hi, you need to eat balanced diet. You eat what you normally eat spicy/ non spicy whatever suits you. You just need to increase your diet for increased demand during breast feeding. So add one meal and take snacks in between. Take increased amount of protein in form of egg (best), non veg food or add pulses, soyabeen in your diet. You need 300kcal and 25gm protein extra. Keep yourself hydrated with 3-4 litres of fluid daily. I had heard some senior doctor saying, when you give cow's milk to baby do you ever see what cow eats. So don't worry about your food passing to baby. Baby will take only milk. Just keep yourself healthy and happy.

Show a breast surgeon. Most likely cause is nipple soreness or cracked nipple. It may also be due to galactocele or mastitis or rarely abscess.

There are two different types of pneumonia vaccines are available for the children. 1 is almost double the price of other. Which one should be preferred and why?

The number of antigens covered are more in the expensive one. Hence it is more effective than the cheaper version.

My son (2.5 + Y) seems to get frightened looking at the windows specially during evening or night. We stay in the 3rd floor of a residential complex, which is surrounded by quite a few trees outside. He sometimes gets so scared that he moves from our bedroom to my parents bedroom. This has become quite frequent specially past 2-weeks & even presence of me & my wife could not convince him. Any tips how to get rid of his fear? We have bright lights in the room & no scary item inside as well.

Dear user. I can understand. No need to convince your son and no need to worry about him at all. He is learning. He will learn to behave correctly when he face the ideal circumstances. You may not be know what the ideal circumstances are. He will choose and find them. don't force him. Let him learn when he is ready to learn. Take care.
