Please do your recent xray for the better understanding of your case to the respective doctor. You should avoid potato, brinjal, too spicy, salty and oily items. Exercise is must for you. Avoid fast food, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Try doing yoga it has excellent results for joint problem (do under supervision of an expert yoga person) and mild form of stretch exercises. Do not over exert. Maintain your weight and have a correct posture. Check for causes which increase pain and avoid them. Following medicines can be helpful: 1. Yograj guggul 1 tablet three times a day after food 2. Amapachaka vati 1 tablet in afternoon and at night after food 3. Dashamula kwatha/ arishtham after food in morning and night 1 teaspoon 4. Avipattikar churna after food in afternoon 1/2 tea spoon and night 1 tea spoon all the above medicines should be taken with lukewarm water under a supervision of a doctor. Take care. God bless!

Kindly show me digital x rays of cervical spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 33 years old sir I met accident 75 days back four wheeler ran on my biceps .I got skin grafting and radial bone fracture clavicle bone dislocation cracks in scapul bone .skin grafting healed .ac joint surgery done with k wire. No pain in scapula bone. But I couldn't rice my arm perfectly. I am under physiotherapy treatment. I can do know moments .what time will take to heal the shoulder surgery. K wire removed 10 days back.

Good movements at shoulder are regained in 2 to 3 months after wire removal under the supervision of a good physio.

Sir, I had a leg injury 3 years back, doctors operated and inserted nails in my knee and ankle in malaysia. Now, I consulted orthopaedic surgeon in india. He advised me not to remove nails forever. I'm doing well with nails. Should I operate to remove or not.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

It's a cause of concern at this age. Get checked for osteoarthritis, arthritis etc. Get blood for uric acid, ra factor, esr etc and x-ray of knees. Send report. For the time being start hot water pouring on knees and some local liniment may be massaged gently. Start yoga postures slowly. Reduce wt.

Low back pain is caused by wrong posture and movement. Our spine bears tremendous load despite this being a vulnerable structure as it is made of small pieces of but ones (vertebrae) arranged one about i've the other. Such an inherently unstable structure gets affected very easily if we don't take good care of it. Hence lifting objects by bending. Sitting for hours in crouched posture ate not good for back. You need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon to assess your damage and recommend measures like medicines. Postural advises. Back- strengthening exercises etc. Such guidance on these can be obtained from internet as well.

Backache may be because of back muscles problems, bone problems, or disc problem or ureteric stone or other reason. Start analgesic, if no improvement then consult doctor.

Irregular cycle can be a result of hormonal imbalance caused due to weight gain. And knee pain and other symptoms are related to that as well. So the main treatment here is weight loss. One liter of warm water daily, low fat high fiber diet and 30 minutes of rigorous physical activity is a must. An oil called brihat saindhavadi thailam is available in all ayurveda stores. This is wonderful medicine cause it serves the dual purpose of weight loss and pain management. Heat this oil, apply all over the body and have a warm water bath. Do this twice or thrice a week for great relief.

Please reduce the number of times you do dips. Also take a rest of one day from taking dips and then again next day do that. There is some fault on the position of hands /you are new to doing this I think.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
