Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and can take tablet pan-d before breakfast.

Please note that there could be several reasons for weight loss -- Diabetes/Depression/Overactive Thyroid/Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)/Tuberculosis/Crohn’s disease/Addison’s disease/Cancer/HIV/AIDS/Parkinson’s disease. The exact cause needs to be identified and then treated accordingly. Please give him Nux vom 30 - twice daily 4 pills and Five phos 4 tabs thrice daily. DO give me a feedback after 3 weeks.

Yes it is true. He is not having sufficient blood and energy in his body then how is to possible to have sex well. Better is for him to take following steps to recovery. Do not worry further I am giving some tips adopt them in life do consistently will see the changes soon as you want them. Do not let constipation and gas ,acidity type of problem. For prevention from hair fall and whitenng of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. * Do Sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. * Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. * Apply the Mahabhringraj hair oil of Baidyanath company 3 times in a week and massage your hair regularly for 10 minutes daily. It increase blood flow towards scalp and enhance hair growth. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also.

Do knee exercises It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem. In established cases of Rheumatoid arthritis DMRD ( disease modifying drugs)egMETHOTRAXATE ,HCQS ,LEFUNOMIDE, SAAZ etc. have to be used. Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

1. Add small amounts of these to one cup of milk as you slowly bring it to a boil: chopped dates (1 tbsp) chopped almonds (2 tsp) coconut meat or flakes (1 tbsp) saffron (1/2 tsp) ghee (1-2 tsp) cardamom (1/8 tsp). Take this hot milk before bed.

Fever with body pain and joint pain are typical initial symptoms of viral fever and we have to treat it symptomatically after confirming it with a blood test and - eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

You can take banana shake daily in the morning for one month and at night you should take khajoor milk daily. Roasted potato, butter with sugar atleast 40 grams you may add in your daily diet. Also take black raisons figs soaked daily.

Plaque can be removed by brushing only. Once its hardened it is called calculus and can not be removed by brushing and has to be removed by a dentist.
