To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.

You are suffering from seasonal flu/viral fever. Pl. Take tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day. Cold water sponging to whole body. Do test cbc, widal, avoid cold things. For blocked nose take nasal spray. Otrivin 2 puffs into each nostril thrice a day. For weakness take natural fruits juice. Take hot water, liquid diet, and take bed rest.

IT was before 4 years that my mother took me to a psychiatrist for a consultation since I was slow and he recommended me for a "architol" injection, the medicine reacted in the night, my heart beat went up and my whole body (left side) paralyzed the next morning, it stayed till the next night Then we saw a doctor the next day who gave me "pacitane" and my body became normal. Now after 4 years I sometimes get panic attacks and unable to do concentrate without sleep, have nervousness, sometimes unable to eat food also due to GERD, Unable to bear a extreme hot weather. Visited a psychiatrist once again and he had done all tests post which he said I have anxiety, has recommended "Tolaz 10 md" which I have taken for 3 months, it puts me to sleep and is helping only a little, still my left side is sometimes shivering, This is a issue where not even my friends, wife or relatives are unable to understand as I'm looking and doing this fine, but unable to focus at work, not feeling appetite, I have not been having a job for sometime now.

The medications which have been given are not for anxiety, but for psychosis. Tolaz and the injection are both anti-psychotics. Because of the injection, you might have had side effect of EPS, hence pacitane has worked. It would be nice if you gain insight and take medications regularly as advised by your psychiatrist. I workout regularly and have a pretty much balanced diet. But the problem is I'm not able to achieve the physique I want because I'm not able to stay asleep for more than 5-6 hours P. S. THERE ARE no interruptions And the bedroom is dark as well.

Sleep can be completed by few hours in day time. 5 to 6 hours sleep is although good enough. A balanced diet should contain babundant amount of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits. Adequate water should be taken between meals and not with the meal. Coconut water is excellent wor rehydration in summers. Have your going to bed time fixed by watch.

You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna and swapna dosh har churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

For removing cold and cough eat jaggery after every meal, you will cure your cough and cold. If you are working more it means you need more energy. For amzing results start doing surya namaskar and surya jal every morning empty stomach, I am giving you a Guide notes that will cure your 90 % problem all you have to do is read it, and stick to very point. 1.Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. In Indian culture head of the Dead body during Antim sanskar is kept in North direction. In west direction researches are going on, so don’t sleep till researches come. 2.It is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where allopathic and homeopathic medicines fails to reach. 3.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In Ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image) 4.Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Scientifically it is proved that food takes at least 90 minutes to digest, drinking water during that 90 minutes will bring almost 68 types of diseases of stomach. 5.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 to 12, 000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime also if possible. I suggest you to buy a Pedometer which will calculate your daily steps, will help you a lot. 6.Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 7.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you with a better health. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of bad health. 8.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. 9.Listen the music you love when you feel tired, music has a therapeutic energy and reduces stress and makes you energetic. 10.Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself. 11.This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee, which explains why it is named so. Benefits Of Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Instant way to relieve tension, anger and anxiety. It is a very effective breathing technique for people suffering from hypertension as it calms down the agitated mind. •Gives relief if you're feeling hot or have a slight headache •Helps mitigate migraines •Improves concentration and memory •Builds confidence •Helps in reducing blood pressure Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage. •Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger. •While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed. •You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips. Contraindications None. Once this pranayama is learnt correctly from a yoga teacher, anyone from a child to an elderly person can practice this pranayama. Hello- Testicular pain without external swelling and redness can be due to Testicular Varicocele. It is the condition in which veins of the testicles get dilated, it leads to improper drainage of blood and hence cause pain. The condition can also affect the fertility chances of men if not taken care of at early stages. You can detect it with the help of Color doppler test of the testis. Go for it and share the reports for further guidance. Remember, there is a complete treatment schedule of Varicocele only in ayurveda. With the help of herbal remedies, you can fully recover from the issue.

There isn’t any one time frame where all STDs and HIV should up, therefore, there isn’t a simple answer to this question. If you have had unprotected sex and are worried about an STD or HIV, you should get tested 1 to 2 weeks after and again 90 days later. This is because different STDs are detected at different times: Chlamydia - anytime from 1 week to 3 weeks Gonorrhea - anytime from 2 days to 30 Syphilis - anytime from 10 days to 3 months Herpes – anytime from 2 weeks to 3 months Hepatitis B – anytime from 3 weeks to 2 months Hepatitis C – anytime up to 6 months HIV – anytime from 4 weeks to 3 months Once you get tested, you should abstain from sex with anyone until you have received the results.

I think that you are suffering from Functional dyspepsia (FD), it is chronic disorder of sensation and movement (peristalsis) in the upper digestive tract. Peristalsis is the normal downward pumping and squeezing of the esophagus, stomach and small intestine, which begins after swallowing. We call this disorder functional there are no observable or measurable structural abnormalities found to explain persistent symptoms. You might hear other terms used to the describe condition, such as non-ulcer dyspepsia, pseudo-ulcer syndrome, pyloro-duodenal irritability, nervous dyspepsia, or gastritis. The cause of functional dyspepsia is unknown, however, several hypotheses could explain this condition even though none can be consistently associated with Functional Dyspepsia (FD). Excessive acid secretion, inflammation of the stomach or duodenum, food allergy, lifestyle and diet influences, medication side effects, psychological factors. So ,you should consult with a gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis and proper guidance. Good luck.
