I have a problem of asthma. I have to take inhaler every day problem is more in winters. So please suggest what can I do.?

Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day. Also herbal medicines can help to get relief from asthma upto 80%.

Take honey with cinnamon powder on the empty stomach in the morning. Eat lot of fruits and salads. Do not skip breakfast. Chew well before swallowing. If possible do some meditation or simply close your eyes for sometime. This will improve your condition. Acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Dear lybrate-user, if your ulcer is occurring at the same spot in the mouth then it may be due to some kind of irritation of the spot like in the cheek by a tooth. For this you have to get a dental checkup done by a dentist. In case the ulcers are occurring in different spots then you have to be careful about dental hygiene. Brush your teeth daily at least twice inaday for at least 2 min each time. Also floss your tongue &rinse your mouth after every meal. Avoid spicy food. Lastly please go & get a checkup done by a dentist.

Take homeopathic medicine lycopodium 200, acid phos 200 twice a day. Lords arnica hair oil, lords arnica shampoo. With this you can give massage to your scalp by mixing coconut oil + almond oil+ olive oil. And you can apply paste of gooseberry (amla) and you can eat that too.

Take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.

Rest must avoid long standing and toward bending do heat fermentation and tk muscle relaxant medicine and start stretching exercise in daily routine. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

To reduce weight do exercise like swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups, squats, yoga etc. Along with that do maintain a proper diet. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Eat 5-6 times instead of 3 large meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take more fruits, vegetables, these will help to reduce fat. Take whole wheat, whole grain, brown rice, brown bread etc. Take protein rich foods for weight loss. Use yogurt, dates. Drink lots of water but not during meals. Stay busy with works not with foods.

Your body is designed to carry about 66 KGS. Now its carrying 20 KGS extra... Most of extra weight is carried around waist... that's why you are facing this problem. The real problem is not weight... The real problem is the food habits that create weight. When you change your food habits.. your weight will drop... your waist becomes tight and you become fit and healthy. Excess food is the real culprit. You have to change that.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. First thing is she should control her blood glucose very strictly, with FBG <100 mg, PP 170 1to 180 mg & HbA1c <7. Then better to consult a diabetologist who will be able to guide. Thanks.

Thanks for the query. It is difficult to give an opinion whether you should take Cardace 2.5 without knowing all the details like blood glucose control, HbA1c%, creatinine & urea level. Plus the blood cell counts. Only mentioning low counts is not the info I can rely. Thanks.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.
