I am suffering from in growing nail on left foot thumb for last 1 month. I have gone through diabetes tests and it seems (182 mg/dl). WHEN I go to MD physician he recommend me to further test for sugar ppbs after 2 hours of take full snacks or lunch. I have take in snacks 2 boul shira ,1boul milk ,1 cup tea and 2 khakhra and mung all items are not sugar free and test after two hours take snacks than test report is (296 mg/dl) and in urine (three) medicine prescribed by md physician GEMER1 after see this report but I am not satisfied this report so after sum day I go another lab and checkup my sugar level after take normal full lunch (not sugar free) report is (192 mg/dl) and trace sugar in urine not any. I feel side effect after take gemer1 like very low blood presser ,chakkar week ness ETC. I have gone for urine much time in night. And I have hungry after take lunch or dinner also. What can I do?

Mr. lybrate-user, You are having diabetes. If it is not well controlled then you are bound to feel weak, tired, dizzy etc. Plus there will be excess urination and hunger will also be more. The symptoms you are mentioning are not because of tablet being taken to treat sugar, but because of uncontrolled diabetes. So please take proper treatment and bring fasting glucose closer to 100 mg and PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <68. Then you will feel better. Thanks.

Sex is interesting and wonderful, when done with the right person; but until then, it is necessary to keep our desires in check. In order to control your urge for sex, these are some of the things you can do: 1. ACCEPT THAT IT IS PRETTY NORMAL TO HAVE SEXUAL URGES To control your sexual urges, you must first accept that there is nothing wrong in wanting sex or thinking about it. It is a pretty normal phase everyone goes through, unlike what we have been made to believe by some societal factors like religion that sex is evil and having sexual urges is a complete taboo. You have to know and accept that your sexual desires are just one of those basic physical needs that seeks to be fulfilled one way or the other and that we are wired to think about sex. Once you have accepted this fact and you strongly wish to put it in check, you can control it. 2. KNOW WHAT TRIGGERS THOSE FEELINGS In order to control your sexual desires, you must know what it is that actually sets it off. For someone who is sexually starved, it is easier to be drawn by sexual signs, making it tough to control your urges but once you have identified those things that these feelings, you mind will be alert enough to steer clear of them. Avoid reading books with x-rated contents or watch pornographic movies or any form of object that can stimulate your sexual urges. 3. TRANSLATE YOUR SEXUAL URGES INTO CREATIVE OUTPUTS To curb your sexual desires, you have to do more to think less. Channel all those feelings into something that will keep your mind off sex and then, get busy. You can read books, go out with friends, watch movies, learn new things etc. Transfer your urges into something you have always wanted to do. At the end of the day, you would have successfully managed not to think about sex and you will also be satisfied at the things you did. If one of those hobbies trigger a sexual response in you and you are feeling aroused, do not masturbate. Think of non-sexual images or take a long walk.. 4. TRANSFER YOUR ENERGY INTO EXERCISE Engage your body in exercise that will keep you busy and keep you from feeling frustrated from not having sex. You can jog in the morning, swim or hit the gym. You can also try yoga and other exercise that will help stimulate both mind and body. 5. STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL Only few can drink heavily or do drugs without losing control of themselves. Stay away from alcohol and drugs if they will cause you to do something you will regret when you are sober. If you must drink, drink with friends you can trust and you know will watch over you. 6. PURSUE NON-SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS In order to control your sexual urge, you should enter into a relationship with no sex. If you wonder what you both will do without the sex, there are countless things couples can do to bond like going on a field trip together, taking up a joint hobby, learning new things together. Far from what most people think, you can have a very satisfying relationship without sex. 7. TALK TO SOMEONE If you feel like you can’t control it all by yourself, you can talk to your doctor, pastor, parents, close relative or friends. Sometimes, having someone to talk to about how you feel helps better than trying to curb it all by yourself. Who knows, the person you want to meet may have had difficulty curbing his own desires too. What then is better than learning from someone’s experience. Don’t be shy or scared of being judged. 8. GET SPIRITUAL HELP Get spiritual help that engages your mind in spiritual activities that are far from sex. Being around people pursuing the same goal as you, especially in chastity can also be a strong supportive measure. Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. Mr. lybrate-user, Blood glucose level of 115 to 125 fasting points to a pre-daibetes state. But HbA1c% shows blood glucose is normal. Looking at your height and weight and age, your ideal body weight should be 56 kgs. To prevent present condition progressing to diabetes, you have to adapt a healthy lifestyle. Which means regular exercise of at least 45 minutes per day, avoiding sweets, junk foods, pastries, deep fried foods, bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), alcohol and smoking. Also avoid red meat. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Restrict your food to the exact caloric need per day. Yogasanas and pranayam are also good options in addition to walking. Thanks.

Increase in weight or abdominal fat accumulation are bad for health, in longer creates problems. Reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.

A) home remedies 1. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. 2. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 3. A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. B) yogasanas- sarvangasana, vajrasana, shavasana, anulom-vilom pranayam. C) diet- raw onion, raw garlic, raw ginger, mint, boiled beans, carrots, sweet potato, flaxseed, oranges, tomato, lemon, spinach. Salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. D) do's and do not's- avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Avoid white rice, bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index, triggering acne formation. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. *practice meditation*.
