The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Avoid supplements. They are not good for the body/system. You are young now. Slowly you will gain weight. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Dear yes if you are going gym and working out you can take protein supplements whey protein supplements are better to use. For maintaing good energy level you should stay hydrated by drinking water and eat right food that includes complex carbs (whole grains oats millets ragi brown rice these are rich in fibre too that help in cleasing colon and lowering bad cholesterol level, protein (pulses eggs lean meat if non veg) along with this eat plenty of seasonal veges and fruits and always use filtered oil for cooking (kachhi ghani mustard oil sesame oil arc refrain from refined ones.

hello..protein shake is good but consume that which cooked from natural way like banana milk shake..dry fruits shake with milk..egg with milk etc..artificial protein powder is injurious to health so try to avoid this..

You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Your diet should be easily digestible without fried, spicy, non irritant, junk food. Take proteinous food. You should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. According to your height your ideal body weight should be 63 kg. Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

these are the symptoms of hypothyroidism, firstly get your thyroid tested than only any doctor would prescribe you a treatment. secondly for weakness concentrate on your diet and start doing surya namaskar in morning, empty stomach to gain energy, for nervousness put 2 drops of cow ghee in your both nostrils before sleeping, you will see within 1 week all your nervousness is gone, start sleeping with your head in east or south direction to have a sound sleep and your irritation and pain will vanish. get a whole body massage with mustard oil twice a week for bone nutrition and muscle relaxation.
