Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e. G. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e. G. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits), pulses e. G. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Please Go for jogging daily If possible join gym for good exercises Or Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take Amway protein powder 1 tsf twice a day for 3 months Tab geriforte by Himalaya 1 1 for 3 mths Ashwagandharistha 20 ml twice a day for 3 months Reconsult after 15 days

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Sir, My Mother is of 45 year's old. And she often says that she has a pain on her knees. She can not walk for a longer time. If she sits for a longer time than she could not stand immediately. Sir please give a proper solution to it. As now I am an employe. So from my 1st salary I want to do something good to my parents. Of which they would be proud of.

She is probably having arthritis of knee. If problem is severe, then get her standing xrays of knee done. Avoid sitting cross legged, avoid squatting position, avoid climbing stairs.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

Take two major meals in a day.. If you skip breakfast.. you can at least take milk which hardly takes 2-3 mins.

Dear friend masturbation cannot cause any problem in knees this is for certain, why don't you stop masturbating for some time and see if the strange noises go away, please go and visit a physician or a rheumatologist and get a proper examination and explanation.
